This bounce house was awesome! We inflated it and it is HUGE!! My kids loved it immediately and bounced for hours! I don't know what people are complaining about, we're very satisfied with this purchase. It's kind of heavy though. That would be my only complaint!

The kids love the boucy but we have only used it about 5 times in 4 months and have already had two seams tear. I have to children age 4 and 6 and both of them weigh 50 pounds each. Very disappointed with the quality of this product and would never consider spending [$] again. Especially knowing that Toys R Us will not sell a warranty or protection/replacement plan with it like they do with most other products.

This blow up play thing was fantastic. It says there is a weight limit but we had probably 3 times that limit and about 6-7 kids from 5-9 years old running and jumping on it diving over the rails from the outside and everything else. They were so rough on this thing It came uncleated from the ground flipped up on its side the air hose came off which I had to duct tape on to keep it on and we just kept setting it back upright re cleating it to the ground. This thing took some abuse and just kept going. Definately worth the money.
But I could see it getting boring over time.

My husband and I purchased this product and were very excited. We opened it up for your son and as soon as we set it up we realized IT WAS TORN!!! It was a [$] product. Oh and Toys R Us never told us there is NO REFUND once you open the box. We contacted Little Tykes who said the same thing. Basically when you buy products from either Toys R Us or Little Tykes you HAVE to keep it regardless of its condition whether you like it or not. So please be careful and conscious when considering purchasing large ticket items from either store.

This product was not the size I expected. Even though there were dimensions given, the children on the picture I saw seemed much smaller or the product appeared much larger. My 4yr old is tall for his age and I think it really is too small for him! I guess paying so much I thought it would be a guaranteed success but I was disappointed.

We bought this bouncer for our 3 kids, ages 3 and 20 months (twins) for Easter and they love it! We set it up a little early, and after hours of playing we had a hard time peeling them out because it was getting dark outside! This product seems very heavy duty. Not sure why the picture is different on the website, but we bought it in the store and it had the right picture. I am sure this will be a favorite backyard toy for years to come.

Sent Item, 2 x and still does not have the tunnel or 2nd entrance. Other than that item is great kids love but would have loved to have the extra entrance and tunnel- Toysrus still after a couple weeks can't give me an answer on why they dont have what they are advertising
