Like others, package came damaged. BRU offered to replace if contents were unusable. Actual damage was limited to bent lockout lever, not worth the hassle of returning.

Works well enough. Foam doesn't seem like it will hold up for long, but is sufficiently comfortable. Reclining feature allows hubby to use it comfortably despite his height (6' 1").

Ottoman is slightly awkward to use as there is no lockout feature on that. Pull out footrest isn't guided out smoothly so it comes out at all angles.

One note-- this thing is marking up my floor hardwood floor like mad! I don't know exactly what it is, stain, oil. But it doesn't just rub off with a rag, so I'm going to add some felt pads. What a pain!

We received our glider within the expected delivery dates, rather quickly actually. I will be using the glider for my nursery once I deliver the twins. It was super easy to put together. The ottoman comes pre-assembled and all that needs to be done is the seat-back bolted to the seat of the chair. Husband did this in a matter of minutes. The cushions are firm (not too crazy) but once its sat in more often it will break in nicely. The gliding motion is smooth and fluid like with no clicks, clacks, or creaks. The colors are true to the photo and look even nicer in person than in the photo. However, the reclining mechanism takes a bit of a shove to get moving into the recline position, and back up to the seated position. It's not a very big difference from upright to recline (think a little more than coach class on an airplane), but I'm sure in the middle of the night when I can hardly bear to stand back up, that few inches of recline will make a difference. Overall, it's a good quality glider/ottoman set at a better price than I found anywhere else.

Side note: Seriously, reclining gliders are rediculously expensive. That one little 'recline' option makes a couple hundred $$$ difference, why!!

Here I am two weeks away from the baby arriving and after having to return the first chair because it was completely broken in the box-the second chair is missing pieces!!! Replacement pieces will take 10-12 weeks to arrive or my other choice is to return this one and get a THIRD!?!?! This is totally unacceptable to me and I cannot express how upset I am. I am also upset that when they had us return the first one they told us to take it to a store and get credit and purchase a new one...now because that is what we did we cannot return it for cash and buy a chair elsewhere. We can only get credit and order another. This has been such a horrible experience!!!! Save yourself and don't buy furniture from babiesRus!!!!!

I bought this chair as a baby shower gift for my daughter but had it delivered directly to her house. You should have seen the box, totally torn apart not to mention the chair of course was damaged. Now she has to load the box and take it back to the store. Too much of a hassle, it takes the joy out of the whole experience.

After doing my research on tons of gliders, I love this one! Was going to purchase a similar type from [@] but they stopped selling/making it and I couldn't find it anywhere, plus the fabric was more of a dark green. This glider came in a timely manner, had no issues with damaged boxes. Easy and quick to assemble. Its so quiet when gliding. Very Sturdy, great color-a true chocolate brown. I love all the features it has such as the lock, recline and nursing stool. A bit more than I really wanted to pay but Very happy with the product!!

The product arrived in a completely beat up box. I knew before I opened it that it was going to be broken. It wasn't just broken it was completely in shambles and the box was in such bad shape that I couldn't close it back up and return the item. They need to work on packing the item more carefully so that it can arrive safely. I am beyond disappointed!

We came across this glider in our local Babies R Us and liked it right off. Our nursery is small, so we wanted a rocker that would fit in with our living room furniture. I also wanted an ottoman with a nursing stool, which this has. Both my 6'4" husband and I find it very comfortable, which is important, and enjoy the option to recline. My husband had no trouble putting it together. The cushions are thick and supportive, and I like that they snap into place, keeping them from sliding around.

The ottoman tends to slide away while using the nursing stool, so we will simply add some non-slip rug material under the legs.

I wish my local store actually carried the item, instead of simply displaying it, because shipping was a bit expensive.

Excellent glider. Matches perfectly with our espresso Sorelle nursery furniture from BRU, and looks great in my daughter's pink and lavender nursery. This gets a lot of use, especially for late night feelings. Great product!

We saw this rocker in the store and really liked it EXCEPT the color. Chocolate just does not go with the pastel colors of our nursery. The tag on the chair indicated that it was available in 5 color choices, but none of the sales associates in the 3 stores we checked could tell us what the other colors were or if you could even get the chair in another color.
