Because the baby was coming early and mom-to-be couldn't make it to the baby shower, I had to return a car seat to one store and order it delivered to them from another. All staff involved in the process were extremely helpful. The seat made it there in plenty of time.

This is an easy stroller to push and it looks good, but the positives stop here. The stroller folds in half, which makes it very bulky.(it takes up most of the space in the back of a suburban)
The car seat has been used for 3 months and the fabric is starting to wear down already. He doesn't wear shoes and he has been inside a bundle me for almost the entire 3 months so I don't know why the fabric is wearing already.
Bottom line, it is bulky and cheaply made. I would go with a higher quality and different folding method/ style.

First Child & First Stroller! received after registering for it for my baby shower ... Great item! Wish my Jacob still could fit in it at 5 months.... But he has gained weight! Lol

I love everything about this set. I am 8 months pregnant and put it together myself very easily. The stroller is light and very easy to open and close. I own a jeep cherokee and the back seats aren't very big so the base and car seat is a little tight but it does fit when the front seat is moved up a little bit. The design is very nice as well.

Stroller is very lightweight and easy to manuever. We aren't impressed with the carseat though, if you feel it, there's barely any padding. I wish I would have realized this before purchasing as my son was a month premature and the extra cushioning would have been nice to have but at the time, I didn't even think about it. We ended up purchasing a carseat/stroller insert from summer infant and it seems to make for a more comfortable ride for baby. For the money, this is a nice set but in hindsight, I probably wouldn't buy it and go for a more expensive system that feels more sturdy and is better quality.

Shower gift for daughter. Baby not arrived to date. Bought based on new parents at church recommended. Definitely could not get any help in the store. Employees looked at me like I was stupid and did not even offer to help when trying to figure out how to close the display down. Would not haave bought if had not been highly recommended by friend.

We use the car seat all of the time and it has held up to our busy lifestyle. We did get a basic stroller that just holds the infant car seat since the stroller that is part of this system becomes really heavy with the infant seat in it.

this travel system is the best the whole thing is just the right size to be able to move around without problems and love that the wheels don't get stuck like other strollers I have seen. the folding and unfolding becomes really easy with the strap even for when I am going alone to a place. and the extra holding straps on the sides for when you put the carseat on the stroller makes it super secure. The carseat is really easy to lift from the carseat holder or stroller since it is not hard to pull to unlock it which it is a pro for mom speacilly new ones like when we are doing errands by ourselves. simple love it and the colors are so nice as the fabric. the head cushion fits just right keeps the baby head from bumping around. the only con I found is that the stroller dosen't have full back cover so when I put the carseat I have to cover the his little feet to keep the cold getting to him.
