I purchased this dresser for my daughter. She wanted it because it matched the crib. Well just as other reviews stated missing parts and damaged. I tried to convince her not to get another one but she wants the matching set. We now have to wait 2 weeks and hope all parts are in the box and nothing is damaged. Stay away from this dresser!

After reading previous reviews I'm glad to say at least we had all our parts. That being said, it came with random scratches, some holes were not drilled in the right spots making it a huge pain to try and assemble. - FYI - 3 the drawers we've so far started to assmeble the holes are not in the right spots. (maybe some better quality control?) Be warned, it scratches very easily. I'm now on the hunt for a product to cover them up.

We bought this dresser to match the crib. We had a lot of trouble getting the dresser delivered to the correct store. Once we got it home and unpacked we found several drawers with scratches and one drawer face with a gouge in it that was stained over. So it wasn't from shipping or unpacking. The dresser was also unnecessarily difficult to assemble. The assembly hardware wasn't labeled, there weren't any "spare" parts and the parts that were labeled with stickers would remove the finish when removed.

On the plus side, all of the tools necessary to assemble the dresser are included. Dealing with babies r us customer service department varied by store. The store that we picked up the unit from in Duluth, GA was very helpful and offered to order us replacement parts. The store we bought the dresser from in Douglasville, GA was of no help offering only to completely replace the unit and charging us $135 in delivery.

The dresser was well made and fairly easy to assemble. The only issue we had was when you tighten the main bolts that are placed into the slots. It was very difficult to maneuver the allen wrench until I discovered that one end allows to tighten at an angle, that should be described in the instructions. Otherwise it is a fine product.

Beautiful piece of furniture. Just as described. Took a few hours to put together, but went smoothly when following the directions. Seems sturdy so far. Nice open and close drawers. Nice finish. Would highly recommend.

I bought this dresser to match the crib we bought. I am using it as a changing table. There were alot of pieces to put together but the instructions were very simple. The product was exactly as described and was a very sturdy piece of furniture. The only thing I disliked was that one of the screws for the drawer knobs was too short. But it was an easy fix. Love the dresser!

This over priced dresser came with wrong parts and missing parts all together, called the manufacturer up and they said parts were backordered for over 3 months. Big pain to put together as well. Save your money and go to [@] instead.

I was pleased with how quickly the dresser arrived. Unfortunately, when I went to assemble it, four of the main parts had the screw holes drilled in the wrong places making it impossible to put it together unless I were to drill new holes myself. Also, one of the drawer face pieces was badly scratched and it was clear it was packaged that way and not a problem from shipping. Since we paid almost $400 for this, we felt we deserved some free replacement parts.
Toys R Us was very helpful and friendly when I called for new parts and they assured me that I would get new parts within 2-3 business days. Almost a week later I didn't have the parts, so I called again. I was told that they were sorry for the delay and they would look into it and get back to me in 24 hours. Three days later I hadn't heard anything, so I called again. They told me that there was some kind of problem with the computer system - they were putting in my requests, but they weren't going through. They said I would hear from someone in 3 business days. A week later, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. I was told that there must be a problem with the manufacturer and that Toys R Us was doing everything they could, but it was up to the manufacturer to send the replacement parts.
We decided then to return the whole dresser and just have Toys R Us send us a whole new dresser and hope that there aren't any defects this time. That was two days ago, so we're eagerly anticipating the arrival of our new dresser and waiting for our first one to be picked up.
Hopefully this will have a happy ending in a few more days.
Overall, this does seem like it was a problem with the product itself and the manufacturer Delta Children's Products, and not with Toys R Us.

love the finish product but this was a nightmare to put togeather. The screws in our box was not labeled and did not give us enough of certain parts so we had to improvise to put the desser togeather. But it looks very nice in the nursery next to the crib
