I never got the product, because they shipped me the wrong one. It wasn't what I ordered. It's likely it was an upgrade but, it's not what I wanted. What worse is that my original order was for a kids boxing set with two day delivery. TRU sent me an email two days later that there was a shipping problem. There was no description to what was going on. I called and waited for 1 hour on the phone. They said it would be another week before we received the item. So I ordered another item. The same thing happened. Granted my order was 9 days before Christmas, but don't advertize it if you can't fulfill the order. So I went to WalMart instead and bought something else entirely since this was supposed to be a gift and I was shipping it out of state. When I did get the item in the mail it wasn't even what I ordered the second time. So, I took it back to the store and demanded a refund. This was the worst shopping experience I've had bar none. TRU will never get my business again.

was a christmas present, only lasted 3 days , the bag cover ripped off , and the spring does nothing, it's the plastic that flexes, the spring never moves, would be good for a 3 year old and that's it.
