First the volume is too low. My 4 yr old granddaughter could not play the games because she had to hold it to her ear to hear. Second the buttons were to hard to push. I had to return it to the store. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The buttons are hard to push and use. Sometimes you can't hear it, although it is nice to have something with low volume it really doesn't adjust so you can hear it when you need to. It's not really a smart phone.. it talks about learning things - but really only teaches 911. It should allow you to program it with #'s to teach the child there #... I wish I hadn't bought it and we've only had it a few days.

The phone concept was a good idea with our kids immulating us on the phone, but this is a terrible option. The volume is very low to where it can barely be heard and the buttons are not easy for the child to push. It does not capture my daughters attention and is one of the more useless toys either of my kids have ever received as a gift.

This was a gift for my daughter this past christmas. I should have read the reviews before placing this item on her wishlist. As soon as i took the phone out of its package and turned it on, i did not hear a single thing the phone was saying.Its supposed to be realistic dont you think? So wheres the volume control? Dont get me wrong its a great concept,supposed to teach toddlers/kids how to dial 911 etc..but it just doesnt help the fact that you can hear it. what a shame! There lucky I gave even a 1!

Got this for my son for his second birthday because he, like most toddlers, is fascinated by my cell phone and the TV remote. The volume is so low he will only play with it if there is no background noise. He also gets very frustrated because the buttons are extremely hard to press so the phone often goes to "sleep" before he gets a chance to press the right button. Overall, this was a total waste of money!

i was so unhappy with how hard it is to push the buttons. i was so aggravated trying to add phone numbers so i know it's not easy for her either. the sound is super low. she plays with it as well as several other phones we have. i wanted her to use it for the purpose of learning our phone numbers but with the buttons so hard to push it's more of a toy than learning tool. great concept but they should have tested it prior to selling it - poor quality.

This is a very cute toy, my 1 years old enjoys the lights but gets bored easily because is really hard to listen to the sounds.I really wish they would of thought of addind more volume to it. Overall not worth the money for lights.

This is an awesome toy for our 1 yr old twins! My kids favor real toys (like my phone and remote control) and this is the first realistic toy for kids I've ever seen! It is so similar to my iphone and the remote control they fight over it all the time! When you press the buttons, it lights up in different colors. I do agree that the sound is low. But they don't mind. I am concerned as to how long the buttons will last. One week and still ok though.

Bought this for my 2 year old and he doesn't like it. The sound is so low you can barely hear it. It is nice to teach them important phone numbers, but when I can't even push the buttons it's useless. It has a great purpose but it needs a complete redo to be useable. I'm just glad I only wasted [$]!
