waste of money

    This product is a waste of money. The hair is curly and cannot be brushed. When you do try to brush it, it just gets more and more frizzy and tangled. The hair paints do not show up on the dark hair. The base is too small, so the whole thing falls over everytime you work with it. The only part that works is painting her nails. I wish I would have chosen a Barbie version.

      I bought this for our 7 year old granddaughter at her request. It is easy for her to work with the hair and do the colors and decorate as she invisioned.

      I thought it would not be stable to sit while working on the hair but did pretty well.

      She would have enjoyed it even more if there was makeup to go with the hair supplies.

            We bought this for our daughter for Christmas. She loves to play with hair and paint her finger nails. So, we thought this would be a great gift. The hair gel is terrible! We had to throw it away b/c it stained her fingers and it wouldn't come out of the doll's hair. I've washed her hair with shampoo and put in a leave in conditioner and it still won't come out. Plus, the hair won't comb out nicely. I thought this would be a great gift b/c she could spend a lot of time playing but it has been nothing but a pain to deal with. She likes painting the finger nails and putting lip gloss on. At least that is easy to wipe off. The company should have never made any products that are not washable!!
