Bought this case for my sons cars, so they would not get banged up being put away in toy chest or boxes. It is a great idea but terrible product. The slot to hold cars are open on the bottom so cars can fall though into the next lower slot. A few stay in place because they are too wide but most Hot Wheels cars are narrow and thin so they fall right through. Using this case is no different than throwing them into a bucket.
WASTE OF MONEY!

We can really only use one side. The other side is misshapen and doesn't hold even the average size Hot Wheels car.

I was so excited when my 5 year old son received this for his birthday. He has tons of hot wheels and we needed somewhere to put them. But I am very disappointed in it. This product is cheaply made. It falls apart all of the time.

My son got 2 of these for his birthday. I figured - great! We'll keep 1 at home and 1 at Grandma and Grandpa's house. He has so many cars that I was thankful he received 2 of these. Well, much to my disappointment....and his (he's 4), it's awful. I cannot believe that Hot Wheels even makes a such a cheaply made product like this. It falls apart constantly, the middle does not stay clicked in, therefore, all of the cars fall out when it's opened. AND....because the middle never clicked in, we could only use 1 side.
Needless to say, I took BOTH cases back to Toys R Us and ordered 4 of the other Hot Wheels Cases for the same price (each case holds 48 cars and I bought 2 for the same price as this piece of you-know-what). I can't believe these cheaper priced ones are not sold in the stores anymore....at least they aren't in mine. They are so much better quality than the more expensive case. My son can even sit on these and they won't break. Very sturdy. So please, save your money on this case and get 2 of the cheaper Hot Wheels cases!! Both you and your child will be thankful!

I got this for my not yet 3 year old for his growing car collection. He doesn't care if the cars touch. This isn't a case for collectors. It's a case for boys to put there cars in. As long as you keep the orange divider snapped closed, when leaving the case on the floor and lifting the top, the cars don't fall out. It works great for us.

This case looks good and It works well for storgae. Some of my boys cars didn't fit so thats not great.

this case is impossible to keep together. if my son tries to get the cars out, the whole case comes apart and i get to clean up 70 cars again. also, after 2 weeks, it is wearing out at the plastic hinges...won't last long.

This is the worse case ever. All of the cars fall right out as soon as you open the case. It's a ridiculous design and over priced for not being functional. There is nothing great about this product.

this case looked good, the slots for the cars are to narrow and the cars fall through. if you dont want your cars to touch other cars, this is not a case for you.
