I have been using for years and loved the quality until the last order in November. The quality is disgusting, could not stand to touch. What has happened to the fabric. I buy the 6 ply but this was not what I normally received. Very disappointed

When I was pregnant with my now 3 yr old son, I bought these and they were great. They were thick in the middle and wonderful for burp cloths. I am now about to have another baby and just bought and washed these and the quality of them is horrible! They aren't anything like they used to be. They are thin, wrinkly and no good. They are what the 3 ply were 3 years ago. I'm very disappointed in this. Shame on Gerber.

I use these as burp cloths, and I sew on them to make them pretty...and I have noticed a vast decline in quality from when I first bought these pregnant, to a few months later to make as gifts... to buying more recently to sell. At first, the ones I made for my baby, were GREAT quality...thick and soft. Then a few months later, I bought a few more packages to make burp cloths as gifts...and noticed the decline in quality: stiffer, thinner...but still decent. HOwever, I picked up some packages today and noticed the new package is vertical...and the quality is HORRENDOUS. It feels like cheap polyester, super stiff and hard, extremely thin and not cotton-y at all. In fact, it feels like medical grade gauze. SO disappointed, I just bought the rest of the older packages in stock (whatever remained). At this point, the babies r us version is better than the new Gerber.

I have been using these cloth diapers on my two year old son since the day he was born. They are still in brand new condition, despite being washed and dried 3 times a week. I have never had any issues with them fraying or unraveling, they remain soft and absorbent, and I am now using them with my daughter. I could not be more pleased with this product. I have never tried the BRU brand because the Gerber brand has never given me reason to.

I use this product to diaper my 11 month old son. My son is not a heavy wetter and I do not use these diapers for overnight, that being said these work very well for daytime diapers.

I am totally disappointed! I buy the cloth diapers and decorate them with fabric and ribbon. I have been using the Toys R Us brand (6 ply) and LOVE them(that is the Toy R Us Brand not Gerber.) One week my Toys/ Baby's R Us was out of the their brand so I bought the Gerber brand. I washed them by their self to shrink the cloth before I sew anything to it. This time the seams on the end were fraying and even one corner unraveled so much their was a half inch square missing after it was washed! A total waste of money but I can't return them since they are washed. What will happen after you wash them everyday day when they get dirty! The are more expensive then the Toy's R Us brand as well!!!!

I love, love, love these cloth diapers. I use them as burp cloths, lap cloths, on the changing table as extra protection under the butt, on the Boppy where kiddo lays her face, as actual diapers on days I want to air the kid out. And when their life cycle for baby is over, Daddy uses them to wax his car. They are so SOFT! And I love the 6-ply pre fold design. I prefer it to the flatfold. There's a nice, thick strip down the center so when I do use them as diapers I really don't need a diaper cover (which defeats the purpose of airing out the butt butt anyway). I can see she's wet and needs a change but the floor hasn't suffered for it. I can't say enough good about these. I'm so glad I didn't waste money on tiny burp cloths or separate lap pads. It's been so much easier, simpler to have a bunch of these cloth diapers in constant rotation. And really, have you actually looked at a burp cloth?? If kiddo has something coming up, is that tiny strip really supposed to keep Mommy's shoulder dry?! I don't think so! Haha. Two thumbs up, Gerber. Thanks for making my job as Mom a whole lot easier.
