I bought these after trying the Babies R Us brand. These had the same problem. The padding in the center gets all bunched up after the first washing. I like to have some on hand in case I run out of diapers or if they get diaper rash. But these would only be good as a burp cloth.

These are not real cloth diapers. I don't even think they are useful as burp rags because the buckle in the middle making them awkward. Do not waste your money on these if you are looking to cloth diaper! They are no where near the absobancy of a real prefold and some how are bulkier. Go to a real cloth diaper store and learn the in's and out's to learn about cloth diapering, you won't regret it!

I got these 2 yrs ago when pregnant with my 1st son to use as burp cloths since burp cloths aren't that large anymore. They are the perfect size & thickness. He'll be 2 in March and has since been using them as a security cloth he harries around & sleeps with. I will be buying more for baby #2 due in April

I bought these to use as cloth diaper inserts- I use sweet pea covers. At first i was trying to get the thicker ones 5-ply which work fine-but accedently bough the 3-ply thinner ones. Which im happy about now and have since bought 3 more packages!They turned out softer and wash better. I washed them in home made soap (mmm..pinterest) and used JUST vinager for softener. After about 2-3 washes pre use they became extreamly soft and are thick enough for regular pee/poops used with a disposable liner(kushies). These were much cheaper than some other brands i've bought but have become my favorite next to our bum genius stay dry doublers.

I bought these cloth diapers to use as burp cloths because the reviews for the BRU brand claimed they were poorly made. I actually received some of the BRU brand as a gift from my registry and I liked them for burp cloths, but I saw them with new packaging in the store and thought the new type must be lower quality. The Gerber brand are probably great if you are using them to diaper a baby because the middle section is much thicker than the sides. If you are just using for burp cloth or changing table coverage under the baby's bottom they are not so great. With the middle thicker than the sides the diapers do not lie flat which make them harder to stack and center. I don't like burp cloths, though because they are too thin. I won't buy more of these.

This was not the premium diaper I meant to order. This is thinner and not as nice fabric.

I bought, these at another retailer and actually got them a little cheaper, but was on here reviewing the Babies R Us brand. And after washing these are exactly the same as th BRU brand. I actually marked these with permanent marker so I could better judge the wear after use! After washing them three time to prep them, they were very soft and fluffy, not noticable shrinkage, and they cam out of the dryer a little wrinkled but smoothed out with a firm hand. I am very pleased and will be buying these agin.. to build up my stash! Next time I will be sure to buy them at BRU, to get more rewards!
