We have used this product since our daughter was 3-4 months old, we used to bounce her out by the kitchen vent fan because she always fell asleep with white noise, now we lay her down turn on the sound machine for 15 minutes and she's alseep in 5 minutes. She's almost 16 months now and we still use it every night and for naps, she doesn't like or need to be rocked to sleep, just turn on the sounds machine, lay her down, and viola. She also loves the projector on it, and we let her play with it all the time, it's very sturdy, she has knocked it of the night stand countless times and it still works, not ideal, but sometimes things like that happen with toddlers, she knocks it off so she can reach it to play with it. We've never had a problem with it. Out of everything we ever got for her this was easily the best item.

I got this product specifically for the white noise and the projector. After about a month, I had problems with the projector spinning. Once I changed the card to another scene, it would work again for a little bit. It would eventually only work sporadically, and most recently, it stopped spinning completely. None of my tricks would get it to work again. I'm sad because I really like the product otherwise.

I bought this product from another retailer despite the bad reviews, and we loved it. The three slides that it comes with are all scenes peaceful enough to lull my baby to sleep, but bright and engaging enough that he doesn't get bored with them before he goes to sleep. The size is fairly compact, which is a plus considering how jam-packed a nursery can tend to get. We like that that you can select the amount of time that you want it to play for (15, 30, or 60 minutes, or continuously). And we like the adjustable volume control, which allows you to fine tune the volume very specifically, rather than giving one or two options as on most baby products. The main thing that we absolutely LOVE about this thing, though, is the voice activation. We have an 8 month old who has never slept well, but since we have had this product, it has really helped. Which is why we were extremely upset when the motor to the projector died after just two months. I contacted Munchkin customer service 4 days ago and left a message on a voicemail that promised they would call back within 24 hours. I have not heard back from them yet, nor do I expect to, based on all the other reviews. However, our baby loved this so much that we now have projector #2 in our possession, and are just hoping it lasts for more than 2 months.

Worked like a charm from day 1. Tried everything, warm bath, reading, rocking everything. But after co-sleeping for 9 months my son was super attached to sleeping with momma and transition to crib was a nightmare for everybody in the house. The projector works perfectly and my son literally sleeps like a baby. Read the other reviews so I Got the protection plan just in case will buy this over and over if need be cuz its just that good.

I got this for my baby shower in the summer of 2012. N
Just recently the projector stopped spinning. Very frustrated. Overall I love it, I want to love kind of upset that I only used it for 3 months. Not happy about the mechanics

I love this product! the sound system is great. it is voice activated so when the baby cries it automatically turns on. it has six different sounds. the projector is such a great idea. i use it as a night light. it brightens up the babies room at night just enough where i can see to change his diaper and not wake him with a regular lamp. it also has a night light and three projector screens. i just love it, no complaints

This was given to my baby as a christmas gift and it works great. It entertains her while she's in her crib and sooths her to sleep.
It has about 6 different options for soothing sounds. From nature sounds to music.
The projector and sound has a timer and is voice activated, turns on it's own when baby cries.
And the best part for me: It plugs in to the wall!!! No batteries to replace!!

We put this projector system on our registry and received it. I loved the different features it had such as having sound and projection along with a timer. We have been using it for about a month and the motor has starting making this loud noise while the projector is on. I took it back to the store to exchange it for another one. The second one does not have the pictures rotating like it is supposed to and the volume control does the opposite of what you want it to. I am sad that we are going to have to return this product completely. I won't take a chance with a third machine. It had great potential with wonderful features, but it is not reliable.

I LOVE this sound machine, has a great range in volume. White Noise and rain are our favorites. I love how portable it is also. I bring it out of town and to friends houses during nap times. He sleeps so much better with it. I usually only use the sound feature, as I don't have to change a diaper at night anymore. I only nurse early in the morning now. But the night light is nice if you need it. My 5 year old likes to use the slide pics though.
