Received in a perfect condition outer box & product box, but when I open the one end of the product box the bed rail was so dirty, I never even took it out of the box.. Called the 1-800 # on my order form, got a full refund, including the shipping I paid and they are paying the return shipping.

Bought the item new in the store. Opened the box to find all the parts dirty and then discovered the cause was due to the insides of the framing had rusted. After cleaning all the parts covered in the dust/debris, I started to assemble the frame. The pieces did not fit snugly. This would have all been fine if not for the last issue. One of the latches was not aligned properly and would not lock.

We had to take it back due to the final issue found. If not for it, we would have given it a shot.

I bought this off of reviews I had seen online. When I received it the box was beat up( not toys r us fault) BUT when I opened it the pieces were rusted, greasy and smelled horrible and you could tell it was never opened. Save your money!

I have been through two bed rails for my daughters so far and this has by far been the best quality bed rail so far. My youngest daughter loves this bed rail for the simple reason that it is pink plush. I love this bed rail because it took only 20 minutes to set up and has held up very well for over four months now. The swing down feature has been perfect for making the bed daily and changing the sheets. Overall, the quality and style of this bed rail is a five star product.
