The good thing about this product is the bathtub itself serves it's purpose. The extra features however do not. The shower is EXTREMELY hard to press the button to get to work. I registered for this bathtub beacause of the shower feature but I was let down. It does not work. My sister also baught this tub and she also had the same problem. We would have been better off with a $15 bathtub.

This product was not helpful at all!! The mesh thing to put baby on is too high. my daughter kept sliding down. And the shower pump button is so hard I wasnt able to use it. This is the worst item i have ever purchased in my life!! Do not buy this!!

This has been a great tub! I probably used it even longer than I should have with my daughter...She got a little big for it :) I now passed it along to a friend that's enjoying it. I have no complaints!

I got this product sometime in july. My baby was born by the end of september. I used it in october and found out that the product is not working, due to guests at home and some other family issue i couldnt contact babies r us right away. on the 8th of november i contacted babies r us and was given the return label for it. and was told that my replacement piece will reach in few days. now its 2 weeks but i still havent heard anything from babies r us, no email , no call. and didnt even get the new piece

I get this for my baby shower. at first I was using only the tub and the sling. Now that my baby is 4 months old, I started to used the spa and shower unit. it didnt work, the spa doesn't work right, it pull water out on one side the shower head it's not even working, and the buttom to turn on it's hard tp push. overoll , I think it is to pricing just for a regular bath, cause the spa unit doesnt work. it's too much stuff just for bath your baby.

I love the tub and the thing you prop the baby on, but the shower part is a hassle. After 5 mins of pressing the button to get the water to come out of the shower head, my thumb starts cramping up and it gets hard to push because it gets slippery.

I recieved this tub as a gift for my baby shower. I had this item on my registry and thought how cute the tub was for my princess. It looks cute but I feel bad for adding this item and having my family waste their money on it. First of all there is a max fill line inside the tub if you only fill it there your baby will freeze from the lack of water in the tub. Second the part to make the whirlpool doesn't even work properly your better of swishing the water around with your hand to give it a whirlpool effect. Third in order to operate the shower you have to hold the button down so hard and sometimes the water doesn't even come out. Me personally just use the tub and sling to bathe my baby all the extra stuff is a waste of time. It looks good but its not worth it.

I like it because it's bigger than most tubs out there and because it has "legs" it drains better than tubs that just lay flat. The cradle for my newborn to lay on is more of a slanted platform, it's okay...when my daughter was younger we actually bought a different tub with a sling for her to lay in that worked great, now that she is a little older (3months), this tub is fine.

The shower/spa part is sitting in the closet, the whirlpool scared her and the shower is weak it is easier for me to rinse her off myself. I'm glad I got this on sale because I don't think I would have wanted to pay full price for it. It's a very cute tub, the size is great but overall it's nothing FABULOUS. It does the job.

I would like to rate and review this item, but unfortunatley, I have never recieved it. Yes CC charged, was promised a refund, to date have not rec'd credit or item. Very unhappy with customer service.
