We absoutly love Dr. Browns .. our son who is now 4 years old used the white ones for the first year of his life. when we found out we were pregnant the bottle decision was easy. Dr browns bottles help reduce colic, gas , spit up and allows babies to absorb more of the nutrients of teh formula. There might seem like a pain with all the parts but it is worth it and keeps you on track when assembling it because if you are missing something it does not work right.

Although, I like the original clear/blue bottles more, I thought that having pink ones for my baby girl would be cute! Well save your money because these bottles leak and have even leaked all over the baby during feedings. I do in fact recommend the clear/blue bottles I have a couple of those and none of them have the same issue are the pink ones.

my daughter can easily switch between breast when shes using this bottle. no gas, and the pink color is adorable! I dont mind cleaning extra pieces,it takes less then an extra minute.

These bottles are GREAT !!!!! My son was born in 2010 and he never had gas. And actually even though the bottles have a lot of parts it's quite easy!!!! Now that I am pregnant again hands down I will be using Dr. Browns again. I refer these bottles each and every time I can.... Excellent

Its a great idea and great concept but these bottles have way too many parts to keep up with and keep clean. I have to wash bottles x2!!! Im sure it helps with the gas but its nothing that Avent cant do! The Avent bottles are working out great for my babies :) Good luck to all other mommies trying to figure out which ones are best!

THESE ARE REALLY GREAT BOTTLES FOR BABIES WITH SENSITIVE TUMMIES! MY NEWBORN WHO WAS BORN IN MID MAY HAD SEVERE PROBLEMS KEEPING HER FORMULA DOWN. I HAD PLAN TO BOTH BREAST FEED & FORMULA FEED BUT WHEN WE WERE IN THE HOSPITAL SHE KEPT SPITTING UP THE FORMULA SO I HAVE BEEN PRIMARILY BF HER SINCE BIRTH SOME DAYS GIVING HER 3-6 OZ OF FORMULA A DAY.

THESE BOTTLES HAVE SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED THE AMOUNT OF SPIT UP & DEFINITELY HER GAS/COLIC PROBLEMS. THEY ARE A VERY CUTE PINK WAY BETTER IN PERSON THAN THESE PICTURES SHOW. YES THEY DO HAVE EXTRA PARTS TO WASH BUT IT'S WELL WORTH IT WHEN YOUR BABY CRIES BECAUSE OF GAS & SPIT UP PROBLEMS. IT TAKES A COUPLE OF EXTRA MINUTES TO WASH NO BIGGIE.

TIPS I FIGURED OUT WHILE USING THESE BOTTLES!!!!

1. BUY THE BOTTLE TRAVEL CAPS TO CAP ON TO SHAKE FORMULA/ OR MIX BREAST MILK. MIXING FORMULA CAN GET STUCK IN NIPPLE OR VENT SYSTEM.

2. WARM THE WATER FIRST IN THE BOTTLE ONLY! WITHOUT THE VENT SYSTEM/NIPPLE. I WARM 2 OZ FOR 8 SEC IN MY 1000 WATT EXPERIMENT & TEST BEFORE YOU GIVE IT TO BABY!!!!

3.IF YOU HAVE A HOSE WITH THE SPRAYER IN THE SINK, SPRAY THE VENT SYSTEM TO REMAIN EXTRA CLEAN.

4. WHEN TRAVELING USE TRAVEL CAPS OR THE SMALL DISKS THESE BOTTLES COME WITH CAUSE THEY WILL LEAK DUE TO THE VENTING SYSTEM.

5. SOAK BOTTLE & BOTTLE PARTS IN HOT WATER & DISH SOAP MAKES CLEANING A BREEZE.

We tried several different brands of bottles before finally discovering these. Our daughter was very gassy and these bottles were an excellent find. Since beginning using these, her gas is minimal and we haven't needed gripe water or gas drops once.

We LOVE this bottle for our little girl. I have been exclusively breastfeeding my daughter since birth, and now at 10 weeks, I have to return to work. We have been introducing bottles to her, and this has been the best. We tried another brand that claimed to be more like the breast, but the flow for that bottle was horrible. The flow of these Level 1 nipples is perfect. Although the nipple is standard and not 'uniquely designed' like the breast, our daughter has no problem switching from bottle to breast. And these bottles do not leak like others we have tried. There are a lot of parts to clean, but it really doesn't take that much more time. Plus, I love the beautiful pink color for my baby girl!

My daughter loves these bottles. She is primarily breast fed but gets bottles during the day while I am at work. We tried the Nuk, Tommy Tippee, and Playtex but she prefers the smaller nipple. I initially wanted a bottle with less parts but Dr. Browns has won me over. These bottles don't leave her gassy. I like that they are pink also. Another thing is they are compatible with the medela pump, so I can screw the bottle to the pump and pump directly into the bottle. This was just a nice feature I didn't realize when I purchased these bottles.
