The PlaytexR System Petite Double Electric Breast Pump is lightweight, compact, portable, affordable and was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Three levels of suction allows mom to control her own level of pumping comfort and efficiency. Easy to adjust settings with just the twist of a dial. The Petite double electric breast pump system includes: pump w/hospital grade motor, AC/DC adapter, 2 Soft Comfort Breast Cups, Breast Milk storage componets, convenient black acrylic tote bag, Drop-Ins Liners and 2-4 oz Nurser Holders. The dual screw ring fits with all PlaytexR bottles (wide and narrow) and most standard reusable bottles. BPA-Free, Phthalate-free and Latex-free. Dual-action Soft ComfortR 3600 massage and suction cups have been clinically shown to increase prolactin, encouraging fast let-down and milk flow that's both comfortable and efficient. Soft air cushionaround the breast and wide nipple opening minimizes tugging and stretching of nipples for pumping comfort. Closed system means milk cannot flow into tubing or pump, preventing bacteria and germs from coming in contact with breast milk. Breast milk storage components allow you to pump, store and feed in one Drop-Ins liner.

Good Pump for the Money

I bought this breast pump before my first child was born because I was hoping to breast feed. I didn't want to spend a lot of money in case I decided to feed formula.

I read all the bad reviews for this product and was scared to buy it but I hardly have any compliants. As a first time Mom I was worried about people saying they hardly pumped any milk using this machine, however, after dealing with lactation specialists they informed me your body only produces what the baby needs (for example, you will only pump 2oz if that is what your baby requires at each feeding).

I use this pump daily (sometimes several times a day) and I have had no problems putting it back together or getting adequate suction.

My own compliant is that I find it difficult to clean. I take it all apart after every use and scrubbed it as best as I can but there are some areas that I can't reach very well and they get pretty dirty from residue.

Price was what attracted me to this pump but now is costing me more since I have to buy a new pump after on my 2.5 months of use. The material rubs skin off nipples, pump is so very slow and extremely loud. Is losing suction every time I use it now. Going to buy something else. I will not be buying playtex that's for sure. Very disappointed in this product.

I would not suggest this pump. It didn't do very good for me. I had issues with the size & then once I would get it ok it would make me sore from the design would imprint onto me. Because the suction wasn't good I wasn't getting enough and eventually had to give up nursing due to not producing enough milk for my son :(

I loved it I bought it for my first child and I loved it. Wish it was not do loud but I just put a towel over it. I like how u don't have to use both at once you can just use one side while feeding the baby. I am due again in aug and I can't wait to use it again :)))

I used this pump for a year after I had my first child and it worked great and was comfortable. Unfortunately near the end of using it, it did start to crack and break and is not usable for my next child due next month.

The piece that attaches to the bottle that's creates suction keeps cracking/breaking. I have called for a replacement part at least ever month. I do not recommend you spend your money on this... its such a shame because I love everything else Playtex makes.

This pump worked great for my first child, but now that we have a second BOTH the pumps have already cracked. To get enough suction to pump I need to squeeze it together with both hands, which is really inconvenient. I liked it a lot when I used it at first, but wouldn't buy it again only because of the lack of quality. (Our daughters are only 17 months apart so it isn't even that old!)

I received this pump as a gift. I knew the price was decent for a gift, that's why i put it on the baby registry. I used this for 12 months. and it worked well. I also used another brand name, high end pump and that one was not as comfy as this one. the suction was fine on this Playtex pump. it didn't hurt like the high end pump. I thought maybe it could be a little stronger though. the sound of the motor is a little louder than i would like. overall the pump got the job done. i would go with the saying, "you get what you pay for". i'll be using it for my second child due this month. we'll see how it goes with a second round.
