You may need better headphones-the ones provided aren't the best-fall out of the ears easily-still trying to figure out the volume to turn the music up and down-right now it's low-so it's gotta be dead quiet in order to hear any music.
This works better then the music player hubby bought me for twice the price!!

I wanted an affordable mp3 player for my hour and a half walk to work each morning. The battery only goes for about thirty minutes, and then dies. It's very annoying to leave the house with a fully charged music player, only to have it die not even half way to point B.

    This was my 12 yr old niece's Christmas present. She was so excited when she opened it, loved how it looked, ect. The problem came when she went to use it the next day. She & her dad said that no matter how long it was on the charger or how many times reset, it would not hold a charge. Cannot attest to how it works/ quality of sound as she was never able to actually listen to it.

              IAM REALLY SORRY TAHT A PLACE LIKE toys r us SELLS THIS STUFF, IT IS NOT THAT THE MP3 DIDNT INSTALL ON PC AND THERE WAS AN ERROR, ON READING IT SOFTWARE, BUT THE REALLY UPSETING THING IS THAT TOYS R US, told me when i am returning it, tahtyou dont guantee it, and they dont return the money and i had to take another one instead,,,rediculoous, hw can i take another one not working of the same kind, and hw they dont even guarantee the products they sell is that a policy of a big store!!! iam really disaopointed, thanks god i didnt buy fromthem something with a lot of money...!
