Cain got this as a Christmas present and he absolutely loves it! He can drop it from his stroller and it won't break, if we are stuck in a traffic jam I hand him his turtle and he is instantly mesmerized.

The one flaw!
He is teething and likes to try to get the turtle's flipper in his mouth. The bottom of the flipper is not rounded and is slightly sharp. He ended up slicing his gum and bleeding for about 10 seconds and crying. So I still let him play with it, but when I see him chewing on the fin I hand him a teether instead.

Just make sure you don't let them chew on the fins, and it's a great toy.

We have owned this toy for about 2 months now. My son is 4 months old now, and he plays with this toy every single day. When he was little he would sit and watch it. I would have to press the button for him, but what I liked is that the song and lights stay on for a little while (maybe 45 seconds??) which is a lot longer than some other toys we have. Once he learned how to push the button himself he became obsessed with this toy! He lays on his side with the turtle in front of him and will play with it for hours if I let him. He also enjoys tummy time when I put this toy in front of him. There is a nice variety of songs and lots of different colored lights. He isn't old enough yet to use the second setting, but I think once he is, he will love that too. He has knocked it off of the couch a few times and it still works perfectly. If anything ever happens to this toy we will buy another one immediately! It is a MUST have.

Really a great toy my 8 month old loves it. She especially loves the composer mode. The colored lights for each instrument are really great they "dance " with the music. My daughter has had this toy for about 3 weeks now and I honestly don't think there has been a day since she got it ruat she hasn't played with it. The only thing I would suggest to the manufacturers is to make the toy submersible. Generally you see a turtle or ther aquatic animal shaped toy and you think its submersible and would make a great bath toy.

Our five month old son LOVES this toy! We bought it for him when he was around three months old. He loves the lights and sounds and hits the buttons to make it go. It's a great toy and it's very sturdy. He'll be able to use it for years, which I like as well.

As much as my daughter loves music she just wasn't that much interested in this toy. I bought it because I read a review that says it moves but it was the opposite. It only plays songs and that's it nothing else. It only keeps her for few seconds and that the most the toy does.
