I really love this pump. My baby has had a lot of difficulty breastfeeding and having a high quality pump has allowed me to give him breastmilk exclusively and avoid formula. I love the bag that it comes in also, it looks like a high quality handbag or briefcase that I can take to work with me and still look very stylish and professional.
The best thing about the pump is that it is pain free. Some of the time I do breastfeed, it has been very painful, and this pump helped me still express milk and avoid a lot of the pain.
The only con is that it is a little loud, but after 1 or 2 times using it I don't even notice the noise anymore. I have been able to pump a great deal of milk quickly and I would recommend this pump to anyone wanting to breastfeed.

This product has been very simple and easy to use. The flexible rubber material that suctions around the nipple is very comfortable. The bag is great and holds everything you need to pump, store and carry all of the necessary items. I especially like the stands included to hold the bottles upright after pumping.

Being a working mom, I find that I would prefer a product that is less noisy, smaller and compact. The bag is discreet and cute however pairing that up with a laptop and purse can be a lot to tote to and from work each day.

Overall, I have not had any issues with the functionality of this pump.

Got this to pump when I returned to work. One of the reasons I chose this pump was because of the wonderful reviews, and how highly everyone spoke of the customer service. I think the look of the pump is very nice, and I loved the bag it came with. I just wish that I would have paid attention to HOW MANY people have needed to contact customer service! This pump seemed to work fine on my left side, but I got absolutely nothing from the right side, air seemed to be leaking out of the right collection cup. Called customer service, they sent me another collection kit, but still got nothing, I ended up returning it. The process to return it was quite bothersome. I had to talk to a LC, who told me there would be a transition period, even though I had been trying to pump every day for three weeks. She gave me a long list of things to do to try to get it to work, and told me that the pump really wasn't meant to get large amounts of milk out. She was very nice, but repeated herself way too much. She called several times and kept me on the phone for over an hour repeating the same 4 things over and over again. I was finally able to get a refund after a month and a half of back and forth calls. and emails. I ended up getting a manual pump, and it's worked 100x better for me, plus I can now open jars with ease :)

I did a lot of research before purchasing a breast pump. I've known women who weren't able to pump and I didn't want to be one of them. This pump is very easy to set up and it's painless. It feels like my baby is latched on! I'm so glad I purhcased this pump.

This breast pump is the best thing ever invented! I was so surprised this worked so well. I can't even feel it when I am pumping, which every mom knows is important. My first pregnancy I used the popular Medela P.I.Style and it tugged and pulled my nipples until they bled, even on the lowest setting! I never wanted to pump again! But this pregnancy I saw the reviews for this and I figured I would try this out. Thank goodness I did. The cups are baby bottom soft and my milk lets down pretty fast and I can't feel a thing when it pumps. I can't thank Simplisse enough for making this second time around of pumping so comfortable and efficient!

With my first child i used medula pump, i never was able to successfully pump. I had very paiful and sore nipples, and when i pumped i felt as if too much was being sucked in but with little outcome.

so when i read adverts for this i was sold.

this time around i still had sore nipples, but just from my daughter, not the pump too! this time around i was able to breastfeed till my child was 1 year old. my average pump session was anywere from 5-7 oz, in apx 10 min. sometimes i only get 5-10 min to pump at work.

so the pros would be: its very gentle, works great, love the case, and the costomer service is WONDERFUL, as i did need a part replaced ( from lts of wear and tear), but after that had no problem!

the cons: wish could buy parts in store, wish had more suction when i got to advanced stage to go from 10 min pumpsession to 8 min (but not compromise the gentleness it does now for begining stages)

now if you read instructions, if you start with a different pump, it takes a little bit to get used to. i did pump with a medula at work when i forgot mine, yes it had more suction so it worked quicker, but it didnt produce more milk, this was when my daughter was 8 months old, so i had no problem with soreness. i only saved apx 2-3 min

so to summerize, if you have sensitive nipples, definately buy this!

but if your a pro and want to save 3 min.s then choose another pump.

for me i recommend this pump and wouldnt change it!!!!!!!!

I love this pump! It is so gentle and natural feeling. It does not hurt at all the way my past pumps have. It is very user friendly and has a beautiful carrying bag. I highly suggest this breast pump especially for first time nursing mothers. They also have great products that makes it so easy to store and freeze extra milk.

I started using the pump a few weeks after my LO was born. Prior to getting this one I was using a hand pump, which was really time consuming and frankly a lot of work. The pump, while it has many parts & is a noisy, is really comfortable. I also got the carrying case which is amazingly convenient and looks like an oversize handbag - not a carrying case.

I contemplated for a long time on which pump to purchase. I've never used another pump, so I've got nothing to compare it to but I have no complaints with this one. I'm able to pump usually about 6 ounces each time (give or take) without any painful tugging. I'm also really impressed with the customer service, as they sent me a whole new kit for free after my dog decided to chew mine up. I'll include that review I just left on their facebook wall:
