I ordered this bag thinking it was so cute online but the colors are completely off in person and JJ Cole had HORRIBLE customer service when I emailed them about it. They said it was my computer screen or the lighting in the picture. I have a very high quality computer monitor so its not that, and I also took the bag out into the sun and took a picture with the flash on and the colors still didn't match. THe back color is a dark cream not white, and the green is more brown than olive. It didn't feel very high quality for the price either so I returned it and am not getting another JJ Cole bag. Although they seem cute online they are not the same in person.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
