Do not buy! Super annoying, the giraffe gets stuck on the plastic pole design and stops spinning. Will be returning and getting another mobile that has some more thought put into the design. Will not be buying anything else from Kids Line LLC as they obviously don't test the simplest design elements before producing.

I think this mobile is absolutely adorable, however right out of the box, it doesn't even work. I think something is wrong with the winding up mechanism which was pretty disappointing to find out. I gave it 2 stars because I love the look of it and plan to take it back for another. Although I am hoping the next one doesn't let me down because the reviews aren't so good. Honestly, if it worked good, I'd rate it 5 stars.

we really like the mobile aesthetically but even when it is wound to the max, there is only about a minute or two of music. i'm not even out the door before it ends and my baby needs something else to help it soothe to sleep. it would be great if it just played longer.

We just bought this super cute mobile. Got it home and the little hook is too fat to fit the actual mobile part. The company does not list any phone numbers on the instructions or on their website to get help. I submitted an email and will update this if they ever respond. I feel like for that much money the least it could do is have correctly fitting parts.
