About 2 months after purchasing this product one of the springs broke while my daughter was using it leaving the whole thing lopsided. I contacted customer support thinking this was a one time thing and received a replacement part. That was a week ago. This morning a different spring broke leaving it lopsided yet again. I no longer feel comfortable using this product anymore even if I receive more replacement parts.

My daughter used it from 4 months to 7 months. She is now 22.5lbs, well within the maximum weight limit. It's a shame because she loves bouncing and playing in it.

I got this for my daughter when she was 4 months, she is 7 months now and is still in love with it. We've adjusted the height setting once in three months and we still have a lot of room to grow. She adores it! she has long conversations with her monkey sometimes including her giraffe and constantly reaching for the lion! I did a lot of research and decided that this was the best chioce for us (despite the lack of reviews), it's sturdy and safe, very easy to assemble and not hard on the eyes. It's worth the extra money and will be there for ALL future babies. The 'take with me toys' are genius!Everything is interchangable and she gets so much exercise jumping, rotating and reaching. She is happily playing in it as I type, My child is a mover and this has been a wonderful way for her to get the constant learning and exercise her little body needs without sacrificing dinner, laundry, showers...ect. Love, love, love this and would reccommend to any parent.

We are first time parents that bought this jumparoo for our son. It is cute and the toys are great but about two months in we heard a loud noise and our son started screaming. The spring broke on one side and it was hanging by the fabric. We have only one child that used it for 2 months maybe 20 min per day so the thing was like new. We followed all instructions regarding the baby not playing flat footed and he was within the height and weight limits. We promptly returned this item and wouldn't buy another.
