We had problems with the chainsaw from the beginning. Bought one online and it didn't work when it arrived. Went to store to exchange and had trouble finding one that worked. When we finally bought another one, it only worked one day. Now we are faced with having to make another trip to get a refund because Toys R Us will not let us return it through shipping. I will Never buy another Home Depot toy. Buy another brand. Don't buy in store unless you want to drive back to get a refund; in my case that's another seventy mile trip.

I wished I had listened to the reviews I read before I bought it but my insisting 3 year old had to have it. So we got it for his birthday and he was so excited until an hour later when it quit working. I had hoped it was just the batteries but it wasn't. We will be returning it and hope he picks out a better toy!

It's unfortunate that this toy is so poorly made along with all of the Home Depot toys and tools. My son loved it when it worked but it didn't work for long. We have the landscaping set too and it is made from the cheapest plastic ever. Don't even waste your money cause it will break in no time and too expensive to keep replacing!

My son got this toy Christmas morning and It worked for a whole 5 minutes, maybe! We thought it was the batteries but discovered that wasnt the case. The home depot toys are total Junk!!! This chainsaw is a complete piece of junk as well as the other home depot toys. We bought the weed trimmer and the chainsaw at the same time and they are both broke and toys r us does not have them in stock to replace them. Complete waste of money for the price!

had this for about one day worked fine my son played with it, because he loves this chainsaw. well needless to say it stopped working, took it apart all the wires on the inside are all ate up...nice work, and toys r us still hasnt got in any its been a month!
