    I got this for my daughters 2nd birthday she LOVED it! Shes crazy about barney. However after only a month and a half the box inside Barney quit working, we tried changing the batteries, and even taping the on off switch so it couldn't shut off. Nothing. She still likes the doll but she looks so sad when she cant make it sing any more and says "mama barney sick" poor kid. I will end up finding a new one just wish it would have lasted longer.

        Definitely noting "plush" about this Barney. He is soft but the material is cheap. Didn't pay much for it so guess I can't expect too much. Smaller than I thought it was going to be. Had a difficult time ordering because there were quite a few to choose from in all price ranges. Wish the stores would carry him so you could actually see what you are getting. The best part is that my two year old granddaughter loves Barney so that alone is worth getting it.

            18 month old daughter loves it! The speaker box inside "floats" around a bit and is hard for her to find to squeeze from time to time. But it is durable. After she decided Barney needed a bath, it still continued to work.
