We bought this crib shortly after finding out we were having a boy, and immediately fell in love with it. We were a little concerend because some of the reviews stating damage was found, but we took our chances. We thought it was packaged amazingly, almost irritatingly well. And when we finally made it through all the layers of packaging, it was perfect! The husband had it together in just over an hour, and it's sturdy, and absolutely stunning. No damage what-so-ever. We bought the matching dresser as well, and that piece is just as beautiful as the crib. The only con I have would be the huge boxes they came in making it difficult to maneuver into our home.

This is just an amazing crib, I had to make a choice between many cribs and I never realized this was a Made in USA crib till I did some more research. Store had no clue on this either. I called service support at Baby Cache and got correct info...

Quality was great, and I love the design... perfect for my Boy. Pricing was great compared to many I saw in some other stores...

Three cribs later... still not even one without cracks or areas missing stain on the wood... really, really, really wish I hadn't purchased this set. BRU has been helpful though, and we've appreciated that. Clearly this is Baby Cache's issues, not BRU's.

I read all the reviews about cracked headboards, hoping it wouldn't happen to us... hubby looked over the crib before brining it home, but unfortunately didn't see the giant crack going through the entire headboard. If you purchase this, I would recommend that you take it out of the box and completely unwrap it before taking it home, otherwise, you'll be hauling the giant piece of furniture BACK to BRU. We won't be purchasing any more furniture from BRU either - especially for the higher priced furniture, I woudl expect that BRU would have some quality control... unfortunate.

I love this crib so far it looks amazing. It was pretty easy to put together with help from another person. It does need some time to air out but that's the same with most new furniture. Took about two months before the nursery didn't smell like wood anymore. The stickers on the side can be a pain to get off but if you use a little Goo Gone they come off no problem without leaving stickiness. It also didn't damage the finish. The only downside is the stain wasn't done on the underside, you can't see this when all together. It's easiest to clean with a damp cloth.

The advertising on the beds is extremely misleading "50% off with online purchase" but the bed is not 50% off, it's another item. This needs to be corrected for the consumer.

Very upset! The headboard had a large crack in it all the way through the wood to the other side. I hope it doesn't take long for the new one to come in. Also, the stickers they put on the front of the ends of the crib were hard and messy to remove. I think they should place these stickers on the inside of the end pieces so you cannot see them once the crib is assembled! Don't understand why the matching toddler rail and conversion rails have to be SPECIAL ordered seperately. Anyone that buys a convertible crib is going to want these items. Went through so much hassel with this crib and Babies R US, will never purchase furniture from them again!

Crib is sturdy with beautiful color, easy to put together and solid! Downside for me is the headboard came damaged w/ a large crack in it. It comes in such a huge box, I just wanted the headboard replaces. So, Babies R Us refered me to the manufacturer. I had to send photos and receive a reply by email. I got a quick response and headbord is on the way. Only problem is if you order a part from Baby Cache it can only be shipped to a store not a residential home. Of course, I would have given it a perfect rating, if not for the crack.
