    Bought this bike for my sons 6th birthday. We bought it because of the size and the positive reviews on this site. When we got it home and put it together it was only then when we realized how awful this bike is. The wheels are plastic and flimsy, in fact they were not even true which meant that it was completely un-rideable. From there I noticed all of the other short-cuts the mnfr took - no quick-releases on wheels or seat, rear sprocket is cheap and catches, crank and pedals are off balance... and on top of everything this bike weighs a ton. I'm going to get a name-brand bike to replace my mistake.

      Purchased for our 5, almost 6 year old. He has outgrown his 16" bike, but all the 20" bikes in the stores are way too big. I assembled the bike in about 15 minutes. Biggest headache was figuring out the brakes. They are a "U" design, which enables you to turn the handlebars 360 degrees continously without catching the brake wires. Pretty cool feature at any rate. Definitely a well built bike. Would definitely buy this again, and he loves it!

      This bike is awesome! Just the right fit for a 7 year old big kid that's not big enough for a 20" bmx bike. We bought this bike to ride at our local skate park. This bike is small and light enough for him to maneuver and do tricks. He can even get some air now. Solidly built. He's crashed a few times and very little damage occurred to his bike. It has a great BMX frame so he can do things like "drop in" which he couldn't do with his old bike. Plus he loves the attention he gets from all the older boys admiring his awesome bike. My boy loves the colors and graphics! So Cool! One thing I don't like is that the brake lever is plastic. It's the one thing that has taken a beating and needed replaced which was simple enough. This is the best birthday gift I've ever bought him! :)
