Took a trip to my local Toys R Us and saw that they had several dolls on the shelves. After looking at Operetta's doll for several minutes, I decided to get her. I'm a HUGE music lover, so it makes sense that I'd get a lovely and awesome doll like Operetta! I really love how simple, yet awesome, her outfit is and it matchs my personality as well. While all the other dolls wear skirts or dresses, she goes all out wearing jeans! I love how the heals of her shirts are treble clefs and how her bracelet and sleeves of her jacket are piano keys! Love her tattoo! There is a mark on her face that's music related and it looks like it goes to her neck and some how connects to the tattoo. She has a black ring on her right ring finger. Her purse is shaped like a guitar. Beautiful doll and worthy of any Monster High collection!

A few things I want to point out:

1. Her hair is stiff in some places. If you take the stiffness out, then her hair might not stay the same anymore.

2. Her mask is held on with an elastic band. It seems like her hair holds up the top part of her mask. If you want the mask to stay on, then don't cut off the elastic.

3. Her pet spider, Memphis, doesn't stand up too well, so you'll either have to lay him down, or try and lean him up against something.

I was VERY EXCITED to get this doll for my birthday just last week. UNTILL I GOT HER!!! As soon as I finished opening her, her hair was a mess! Her tattoos have been peeling ever since then, and the stupid pet spider is completely broken! Oh and my favorite part, as soon as I put her on the stand, THE STAND SNAPPED IN HALF!!! I used to be a huge fan of MH, but now I'm not so sure since the quality has gone down so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Operetta is one of my new fav. dolls!! She came with a stand, a brush, a diary, a pet (he can't stand on his own :(, and a case. Her cute curls hold her eye mask in place, but be careful with them. She evn has a tiny ring, but don't snap the rubber band because it is really tiny and could get lost or broken. She has lots of cool other details too. I recomned her!!!! :)

This is a very beautiful doll, her hair is firery red the detail on her face is so incredable, love the 50's look it's aaaawesome just colthes alone are so fab and to mention the details shoes:)my daughter doesn't know if she'll be getting it for christmas but she is going to flip out can't wait to see the look on her face 'priceless'
