I purchased the Infrared-Control T-Rex and Dragon for my son's 6th birthday and it was rather amusing. I put the battery in the controller and he started to play with the T-Rex and once I opened the Dragon and turned it on, he was controlling both of the toys with one remote control. We found that rather amusing and entertaining since he could control both of them at the same time. He makes them walk toward one another and roar. I personally think they could have made a better product, it moves slowly and barely walks. But it's keeping my son entertained (for now) and he loves them. ;)

My son received one for Christmas. He absolutely loved it and it was definitely his favorite gift. He played with it for about 3 days before the tail started popping off. I would wind the cable up and stick the tail back on but it just kept popping off. Eventually the tail wore out completely and I had to throw it away. Not to mention how frustrating it was to stop what I was doing to put the tail back on a thousand times a day. Last week was my sons birthday and my mother in law bought him a replacement T-rex! He was so excited. But here we are just a week later and the tail has already started popping off! I can't believe it. I will NOT be purchasing any more Animal Planet toys!

I purchased the Infrared-Control T-Rex and Dragon for my son's 6th birthday and it was rather amusing. I put the battery in the controller and he started to play with the T-Rex and once I opened the Dragon and turned it on, he was controlling both of the toys with one remote control.     This toy is very cool with the movement and light-up eyes, but the tail started falling off almost immediately after we got it and it now falls off every time my son tries to play with it. Not very sturdy for the age group it is intended for.

        bought this for my 7 year old who is absessed with dinosaurs. we brought it home he played it with it for 10 minutes,and that was it.
        The tail came off every time it fell and not engaging enough as to hold his attention.
        will not recommend this dinosaur for this price.

            The toy is cool but the remote stopped working for us about an hour after we started playing with it. This is terrible because the remote is the only way to get Dino to walk. I tried to replace the batteries and still no worky. I totally thought it would last longer than that, come on!

                My son got this for his birthday today. It was great for the first hour. Then the remote control stopped working and the dinosaur would not walk anymore.It makes me mad when you spend good money for a toy and it's made so cheaply. Save your money and buy something else that is much more worthwhile and will last longer.
