Ordered this item twice and both products were damaged. Every drawers was cracked on the underside where the track was put in that slides the drawers in and out. Both products also had one drawer that was cracked along the side. I went into my local Babies R US and the floor model had the same faulty workmanship. Looks beautiful from afar but just a bad product. DO NOT BUY.

The product arrived at the store in good condition. The reviews scared me, but were of good help. I inspected the product the minute we took it out of the box. Overall, it was a good buy.

        I should have listened. This is a piece of junk. Mine showed up with broken legs in indentical places on each side of dresser.Then I had to spend an hour on the phone to get my money back. Don't order this. Take everyones advice and buy something else.

          I am so Happy I went with my gut and bought this dresser! I was so worried because most of the reviews say it had arrived damaged. My dresser was PERFECT! No Cracks, drawers slide very nice, and the over all look is just stunning! Crib comes in next week so I hope it is just as perfect for my little baby Girl.

              I really wish I had paid better attention to the reviews on here before buying this dresser. It arrived with a very deep crack running from the bottom to the top of the piece. It is hard to imagine that with the amount of packaging around it, a crack that severe could occur. The product is clearly of a very poor quality.

                We recieved the Cache crib and that came perfectly and it beautiful with nothing wrong, We ordered the Cache double dresser and I love it its beautiful but honestly I probably wouldnt order furniture from this manufacturer again the qulaity of the crib was great the quality of the dresser isnt as great and drawers are a little cheap. The first dresser came in with broken drawer so we had to wait until another one was shipped in and we checked the second one out and everything is in tact this time but the paint had chipped off in the engraving. I have to admit I was very disapointed about the paint chipping but Im not willing to send it back again just for that so I guess Ill have to find fix up paint to fix the chipped paint mark. But Still love the dresser.

                Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

                    While the dresser and crib are absolutely gorgeous, the dresser has been delivered and both times they come damaged. Not damaged from babies r us, but damaged from the manufacturer. The paint is cracked/chipped on any seams on the dresser, the second dresser they shipped had paint damage on the top. I am seriously annoyed and dissapointed given that this is such an expensive set.

                    I must say Babies R Us has been great, they are prompt at re-ordering the piece and have given us a credit for the hassle. HOWEVER, Baby Cache needs to make sure they inspect their product prior to shipping, this is outright ridiculous!

                    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

                    I already had the Baby Cache Heritage Crib set lined up to buy, then we walked by and saw the Chantal Collection. Just by seeing the dresser, I knew it was the one for my little baby girl. I fell in love with this dresser after seeing it for less then a minute. I went online, did my research and read reviews, and I bought it. I did the online purchase, with store pick up, since I live out of country. It was hassel free and well worth it with the online 20% off offer. This product is fully assembled, and you cannot take the drawers out, ever, unless you modifiy it. That is the one thing my husband was not crazy about. It is not top quality, you would pay ALOT more if it was, but for what I paid, I am happy with the quality of the piece, it is not disappointing.I will say it looks top quality. I plan on buyng the tall dresser to complete my set, and the crib is being picked up today. I am happy that it took less then a week for my items to arrive via online order with store pickup. Very happy with the time frame. This dresser is the dresser for every little princess out there!

                    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
