Mini games don't work.

My daughter was so excited to get this game. She likes the story, but the mini games do not work. No matter what you push, it goes back to the menu screen, even if you just wait. Very disappointed!

I had one that I purchased that did not work then got one that was to be downloaded it didnt work then also got one sent to me and it didnt work So i will not be purchasing from the internet any more I will go to a store here in town and get cartridges. Not a satisfied customer at all.

Bought this as a downloadable app thru leapfrog, same price both places. My 7 yr old was VERY excited to get it as the ultra ebooks are hyped up a lot thru leapfrog, but I have to say, I got it for her 2 months ago, and she read it andplayed the mini games once, and had completed it within 15 minutes and said it was ok. She hasn't touched it since. They do have incentives for kids to keep playing (you get little tokens for each time you complete or whatever), but it still doesn't interest her. I think the ultra ebooks and ebooks in general are for younger kids. They are quite a bit of money for a 15 min. playtime and never to be touched again.
It is kinda like a you choose the path type book; where you get to decide do you want to go to the park or the firestation (or something like that) and the outcome of the book will depend on your choices. The games are easy and short. I had hoped for something a little more lengthy and difficult with more levels. I won't be buying anymore ebooks or ultra ebooks for my kids, they are just bored with them.

My daughter loves this ebook. It has fun games and it adjusts reading levels with your child. Ultra Ebooks might seem expensive but the are worth it. They are kind of like a book/movie/game all in one.
