My boys love this. My complaint is why don't they put everything in the same bag. The boy comes with a ski helmet but the skis come the next day, the four wheeler doesn't have tires they come the next day. Why can't the pieces be altogether. Just a way to stretch out 24 days. We had the Star Wars one last year it was great. Like another review this is over priced for what you get.

My boys love this. My complaint is why don't they put everything in the same bag. This is the third year we have purchased this. We would absolutely love to see a nativity inspired one!

But my suggestion is that instead of putting the picture on the doorq, it would be better to put it on a little slip of paper and place inside. It is hard for lefties to do it the way it is designed.

great for the month of december. I have 2 boys and they take turns, one opens it then the other puts it together. Had an issue where it was missing a firefighter and something else was duplicated. I called Lego and they are taking care of it immediately. Great customer service from them! The set is great and this year focuses on the firefighter

Prevent the kids from ripping open the box, the box is part of the calendar. Instead of instructions, each day has the packet of pieces and a picture of how they look assembled. If the child builds with legos, this is great, otherwise adult (or older kid) help may be needed. The scene builds day by day and the kids are enjoying it. Probably not good for a second year but the pieces are lego and great forever!
