    I must say I was originally disappointed to the life of the battery. Then I contacted Levana and received a return call right away. Was informed the battery has a memory charge. Therefore if you use it for 15 minutes and then put it on charger over time it's memory thinks it is at a full charge when it isn't. Levana sent me a new battery and since then to avoid this happening again I never put it back on the charger until the battery is completely dead and let it charge at least 8 hours. So even if I use it for 15 minutes at a time I simply turn the power off but leave it off of the charger. It has worked over 5 hours consistently for me. In fact in the past 3 days I have turned it on and off for when needed and still have not put it on charger as it has not yet lost it's charge. Very happy with the support from Levana! They are very helpful!

          Everything is good about this monitor except the battery life.. You will be lucky to use it for 20 minutes off the charger.. If you can keep it on the charger all the time then I recommend it.. But if your like me & want to use it off the charger or outside .. Then get another monitoring system..

              This Camera and this product is great, able to see my child with great quality in the dark using night vision and during the day. The intercom and music is also a great addition
