These afterglow headsets are terrible. I bought two, one for each person, and both were screaming into the microphones! The people that your talking to cannot hear you at all, if they hear anything its muffled and not comprehendible. There is no way to adjust the mic volume, only the ear piece. I looked at product reviews and 69 of 69 comments were bad reviews with the same complaint as mine. In order to return them, I had to register them both with the service protection plan I purchased for 2.99 each. SO, I had to pay for the warranty in order to return them for store credit. The money I had to pay for the protection plan will not be refunded to me. So, I'm out 6 bucks.. Why should I have to pay for a warranty on an item that I do not have?? Apparently, you have to pay to return your products. Thanks.
