The set was a luck find for us today. The doll is hands down one of the loveliest of all the Draculauras in my opinion. However, the tub feet are not even, her robe was pre torn and it was missing the toothbrush and paste from the accessory bag. I know these things happen, but I'll be calling mattel for the replacement parts.

I wouldn't really suggest this for kids who play roughly with their toys, more for the older crowd of between 9-11. Collectors like my wife and I might be a tad disappointed at the lack of real mirror in the sink and the low quality work of playset parts, but it is a nice addition to the collection nonetheless.

Wow!!! Guess your customer service dept cares nothing about taking care of long time customers when they get sent the wrong product!!! I ordered the Monster High Ghoulia Yelps & Scooter Set, I received the Draculaura Powder Room Set instead. When I called to find out about getting a correct replacement I got nothing but a run around for over an hour. The service rep blamed everyone from Mattel to myself for getting the wrong item. Talk about not accepting the fact that someone keeps sending out the wrong item to customers and doing something about it. Avoid disappointment and look for this item in-store to save yourself a big hassle. Thanks for nothing Toys Aren't Us!!!

This product is very awesome. Its different and overall it was a GREAT investment.
Its should have been wiredless controled, instead of operating it manually. It should have been taken to the NEXT level. Also the set need more accesories inside because theres not alot inside and its an ToyRus exclusive and its hard to find therefore there should have been other items or clothing that came with it when you purchased the Ghoulia Yelps with Scooter.

    I used the product for creative play and I noticed the scooter only has two wheels so it can't stand unless you put the stands down. It is a very pretty doll, the prettiest Ghoulia doll I've seen, with soft nice clothes. It is really good quality but the problem I have with the scooter is that if you put the scooter on carpet is falls down stand or no stand. Overall, I am very happy with this product.

                We ordered the Ghoulia Yelps with her Scooter set and received Draculaura's Powder Room instead!!! Not acceptable at all since it should be obvious to anyone packing the orders that they had the wrong item. We spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and still have no idea of we'll get the right item or not. How hard is it to take care of this issue the first time it was reported by a customer? Now we are faced with a disappointed child at Christmas, because no one took care of this problem. Bad way to treat repeat customers!!!!!

                    Unfortunately I was sent the wrong doll from Toy R Us. I think the issue is when you add Goulia Yelps Scooter Set to your cart it pulls in the picture of the Draculaura Bath Tub Set and that is what they end up shipping you. So instead of the person looking at the name of the product ordered they are looking at the picture. I am going to try to call customer service to report it and hopefully they will fix it. We love the Monster High Dolls and I will probably end up keeping what we received because my daughter we love this set too.
