Comments about Universal Studios 1005941 Barbie in A Mermaid Tale 2 DVD:

I wasn't to sure about buying this movie at first. Then I decided it was worth a try and loved it. This movie was just as good as the orginal. What I really loved about this movie was that Mattel finally brought Kelly back as the voice actress of Barbie. I'm not for sure though because some parts it didn't sound like her at all. I'm so glad she's Barbie again but it's not for certain because Mattel could have had this movie in production right after the first one was made when Kelly was still there and recorded her voice. No one can say for sure, but Mattel has their reasons. I do hope she does go back to playing Barbie even though I just started getting used to her new voice.
The other thing I loved about this movie was the storyline. It wasn't boring at all and it keeps you entertained. As usual this movie has a great message to tell kids. The only thing bad I can say about this movie was the very beginning. It was really lagging and annoying having the story of Merliah being told. Other than that this movie is great for Barbie movie collectors like myself and anyone who loves Barbie in general.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
