I love that the phone has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard.--That was a requirement as it's my daughters first phone & I wanted texting to be pretty easy. I also liked that I was able to get her a fun, sparkly case for it & that it's small.

I do, however, think that the phone could be more user-friendly/easier to use. It's kind of confusing. I'm not sure what kind of parental controls I have for it since I wasn't able to figure out how to disble certain things (ie: sending picture msgs & getting online). I'll have to take it to AT&T.

Overall, not a bad phone though. I'd buy it again. Especially at that price!!!
