Very detailed two pack! Really love the detail on these two figures, like the batman figure, instead of just putting the same old batman that we've gotten from the new dark knight rises line and the dark knight line in 2008, the put a few splotches of damage on him to make it look like he's getting beat up or something, thats not all, hinstead of the plastic cape that we've gotten, they acculally put on a cloth cape that makes it better looking! And the bane, he is totally why I wanted this two pack! He's shirtless where he has his mustles sticking out, and I absaloutly love the spinal cord in the back of him! It just makes him more sinister looking! Sure the mask doesn't perfect like the other one that came in a single pack but he's still great like the batman! Definitely pick this up if u have the two other figures or if u don't! Cannot recommend them enough!

I've been a big fan of the Movie Masters line of figures since Mattel first introduced them in the summer of '08 with the release of "The Dark Knight", but I was on the fence about this 2-pack at first. With only a few blurry internet pics of the figures in package to go on, I wasn't really sure what to expect. But the anticipation for the new movie got the better of me, so I went ahead and ordered one from TRU.com... and boy was I glad I did! The set is much better when you get the figures out and you're able to see the detailing that the Movie Masters line is known for up close. The Batman is merely a repaint of the regular single packed version. His costume has a dirty and slightly worn look to it, and the figure also sports a cloth cape, unlike the plastic one the regular version has.

But Bane is the real reason to pick this set up. He's shirtless in this set. And according to some stills circulating and one of the trailers/commercials, it's absolutely movie accurate. So he will look like this at some point in the movie, however briefly. And the detailing on the scarred spine is excellent. The scar runs the length of his spine. The mask isn't quite as detailed (paint wise) as the single packed Bane, but it's only noticable if you're comparing the two... and it doesn't take away from the overall appeal of the figure.

There are no accessories to speak of, but I was extremely surprised to find a set of alternate hands for Bane hidden inside the package. You wouldn't know they were there unless you opened the set. So, you can have him displayed with two fists ready to fight, or with two open hands and with arms raised pre-fight in arrogance like in the trailers/commercials. I was already sold once I got the figures out and in-hand, but the alternate hands made the set even better. If you're looking for just one Bane and Batman, go with the single packed versions. But if you want an extra Batman and Bane for your collection with completely different looks than the regular versions, or a set for kids who want to reenact the battles from the movie, then definitely pick this 2-pack up. Just get it on the TRU site or in store. Don't pay the outrageous scalper prices online. It's not worth those prices.
