***I received the product from Evenflo for free but my opinions and views are my own***

I need to start by telling you that my son is a year old and 24 lbs. SO, I cannot speak to the infant insert part of the seat. I am rear facing my son as long as possible. We installed the seat rear facing using the latch system. It was fairly easy to do. My only complaint would be that my car seats are very slanted so I had to roll a towel up and put it under the seat to make it level. I will say that is one thing I loved about my infant seat. It had a part that dropped down to make the seat level and I didn't have to use a towel.

The shell isn't overly large. I actually went to Babies R' Us to try the fit before I decided on which seat I wanted. I drive an older fairly small sedan and it fits in there perfectly! Very impressed with the size. It is nicely padded and the fabric is sturdy but comfortable.

My son was super excited when I moved him into this seat. He was in an infant seat prior. He has plenty of room.

I absolutely love this seat. I will say I have a little difficulty with the tension knobs. I have pregnancy induced carpal tunnel and the days when my hands are really bothering me I have a hard time tightening the seat. The knobs are also a little snug because my car is so small. I have found that if I don't loosen the seat too much when taking my son out I have no issues.

I also love that you can remove the cover without having to rethread theharness and straps!

One thing I would suggest to Evenflo is to have the leveling arrow easier to find, either with a sticker or have the arrow be a different color. Once the seat was in the car it was difficult to locate the arrow because it was the same color as the base of the seat.

The straps have a slide feature for a great fit! Great feature!

OVERALL -- Great value! Safe and Sturdy seat on a budget!

My husband has this carseat for his car, and my mom has one for her car. They are both terrible. I wish we wouldn't have purchsed them. The carseat is very big, bulky, heavy and it is very difficult to install. It does not feel safe and secure when I install it in either vehicle. The only good thing I have to say is that the cover is easy to clean-other than that-I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I wish we could return both of them.

We haven't been able to use it yet, since baby is still too small. However, it looks great, safe, and durable. Surface is easy to clean, as well.

My 9 month old is long and was very heavy and long for a regular carseat anymore. I bought this carseat and it is very comfortable with a lot of cushion. My daughter now is content in her new carseat and constantly playing and smiling in it. I love how it recline when she falls asleep and definitely a perfect fit that will come in handy as she grow. I feel I got my money worth.

This is the second car seat my 10 month old has been in and he practically jumps in when we get ready to go for a car ride. That doesn't happen with the other seat...he fights to not get in that one.

I got this car seat for my 17 month old daughter. I am very impressed and very glad i purchased this seat. For the price you just cant beat it. I love how easy it was to install. I love all of the safety features. It really puts me at ease. I also like that it is easy for her to get in. Even when she is fussy or archs her back she pretty much slide right in. The adjustable straps makes it seem like a custom fit to her body. My main con is the cup holder. It doesnt seem practical for her again and seems like an after thought. But aside from that i a happy camper and so is my daughter!

Good size and fits in nicely in SUV. Has a few different adjustment positions which is good for rear facing. Good price as well. There could be more cushions or pads to support the child's head and the release button is difficult to get to at times. Overall it is a good product.

Comments about Evenflo 1001211 Evenflo Triumph 65 Convertible Car Seat - Harper:

I have two of these car seats, and when it fits, I love it. It fits in my Honda Fit (the passenger seat does have to move up, but not all the way). The knob that tightens the belt works great in my car, and it's much easier to get the belt tight enough. And not having to rethread the belts as the child grows in the back is awesome. Overall I feel like there's a much better chance I am buckling my son in correctly than the Britax seat in my husbands car. Installation was pretty simple when you read the directions.
The downside, and it's kind of a deal breaker, is that in some cars (my husband's Subaru outback, my aunt's Dodge Dart), the knob gets pushed into the car seat so you can't turn it easily at all. It depends on the shape of the seat back. And it doesn't seem to depend on the size of the car--if the back seat of your car is relatively contoured, you're going to have problems.
And the cup holder is useless, but I doubt my son would use it anyway.
I would recommend going to Babies R Us and taking the car seat out to your car to test it and see if you'll be able to access that knob(yes, they let you do that). If it fits, you'll love it.

Comments about Evenflo 1001211 Evenflo Triumph 65 Convertible Car Seat - Harper:

We were looking for a Convertible Car Seat for our Crew Cab truck. We tried other companies but the strap for tightening was too low and at a bad angle with the seat to tighten. When I saw this turn wheel style of tightening I figured it must be worth trying. After installing and using for a week I am very impressed of how much easier it is to use in a truck.

        Pros:
        Easy installation
        Great materials
Great for a mid sized Crew Cab truck

        Cons:
Would rather of had quick release clips
        Better cup holder

        Material is easy to clean.
Do not like the cup holder. Seems cheap.

Comments about Evenflo 1001211 Evenflo Triumph 65 Convertible Car Seat - Harper:

I got this for rear facing because my son was outgrowing his infant carseat and was only 4 months, so i needed one that will last for a long time rear facing.
          positives:
-awesome padding, most carseats at this price dont have this much padding on them
-reclines so you dont have to use towels or pool noodles unless your backseat is really steep
-the weight limit on rear facing (up to 40lbs) is exactly what i was looking for due to my son being so big
-although the tightening on the side is kinda weird to get use to i love it because my son cant pull on the string that most carseat have, its actually much easier once you get use to it
          - not to hot material, i love in florida so that was a must and he rarely gets sweaty in it unless i over dress him
-i had the firemen install it and they seemed to have no trouble, its just the basic latch system, nothing fancy or complicated
-not big at all, i have it in the middle of my pontiac g6 (4door) and i can still have two people sit in back, it doesnt even touch the seats up front either, score!
-no rethreading of the harness is awesome because to rethread in a convertible you pretty much would have to uninstall and reinstall it so this was an awesome idea

          cons-
          - the button to loosen the straps is on the front (where the feet go) so when rear facing its kinda hard to press. if i wouldnt have known it was there before installing it, i wouldnt have ever found it. but i can still press it, its just a tad annoying
          - the cup holder is a little flimsy and my little sister sits back there with him a lot and has complained about it falling all the time, but thats not really a big deal either.
-to my knowledge to install it with the seat belt you have to take out the latch strap which could be a little annoying but at this point im not to worried about it.
-although i love that i dont have to rethread the harness is was a little weird figuring out how exactly to slide it up because the store model had an open back while ( where you can move a bar up in the back to slide the harness up)the one you reacieve doesnt so im still monkeying around with it a little.

overall this carseat is amazing and all the downsides arent a big deal. so worth the money and i dont think i could have gotten a better product for what i was willing to spend!
