Washed and dried per package instructions, then it ripped apart when I tried to put it on the mattress. Will definitely be returning this product!

Same complaint as other reviewers. I washed and dried the cover as per the package instructions and it is totally ruined. I only left it in the dryer about 10 minutes and it still is unusable. Will be returning and complaining.

I washed and dried this product according to the directions and it is completely pilled and ruined. I am taking it back to the store in hopes that I can return it for credit.

I would not recommend... I washed and dried this mattress pad to get ready for my new baby to arrive. The pad was completely ruined in the first wash so I never even had a chance to use it!
