We use these to protect our crib mattress from diaper leaks and spit ups. No matter what the mattress has always been dry. We have been using these for seven months and have washed/dried with other laundry and never had a problem.

This is my first review of any product, but I've never been this unsatisfied with a product or the customer service before. After only 4 washes over a span of 5 or 6 months, this mattress pad cover shrunk so much it doesn't even fit the mattress anymore, so it's useless. The directions say you can wash and dry it on low. I washed in cold water and dried it on low. I called Babies R Us to report the problem only to have to wait on the corporate company to call me a week later and tell me they couldn't do anything because it had been purchased over 1 year ago. As you mom's know sometimes you don't use products you get from a shower until months later and that was my case. Despite being bought over a year ago, I had just started using it about 6 months ago. I have had problems with a couple other baby products from other companies and their customer service did not hesitate to send me a replacement product. They want their customers satisfied. Apparently Babies R Us does not care. So I will not be buying its products anymore, since it does not back them according to usage instead of purchase date.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
