        bought this in september for my 1st grader. it is now november 2 months later and the backpack strap has came apart from the seam :( how do i replace a justin bieber back back knowing the next one will be just as cheap. huge disappointment.

          I bought this backpack for my daughter for this school year. Its now the end of October and I am already sewing it for the second time. It will not hold a heavy load. My daughter is only in 4th grade and it wont hold the weight of her books.

              My daughter LOVES it, and it looks a lot cuter in person. Plenty of space. Hopefully its durable, since the last Justin Bieber backpack we bought from the same maker had a broken zipper and a few holes in the side mesh compartments by the end of the year last year...but at only [$] that's probably to be expected. :)
