Head off to camp with Emma, Stephanie and their friend Ella in the mini-bus, complete with a trailer for bringing everything you need for a summer with horses. Practice your horseback riding skills and learn to pull the cart with the help of the Instructor Theresa mini-doll figure! Take lessons in the classroom then take the horses out for a ride. Learn to put on their saddles and hold the reins before you ride around the pretty pastures. Then serve up a yummy meal in the canteen, clean up in the bath house and hang out by the campfire! Our daughter begged to get it...celebrating her adoption day. She already had some of the smaller Lego Friends sets and they went over great. This one started well also...I especially enjoyed the mother-daughter time doing it together, which took a couple of weeks. There are 9 different bags/steps and the first few went over wonderfully. I think it was bag 4, then later bags 7 and 9 that had some missing pieces. Our daughter got very frustrated...I tried to smooth it over by borrowing similar pieces from the other sets, or building around the missing pieces. But at least twice, the missing piece was crucial, with nothing else to substitute. Yeah - I know I could have called Lego to supply us with the missing pieces, but it's quite annoying that a person would have to.

My daughters (ages 5 1/2 & 4) received this as an Easter gift, and *loved* it. Great details, and adorable pieces to this set. The two of them were able to work together and put this together with very little adult assistance. They were motivated to keep assembling to get to the "play" value. The building itself is a bit small (the scale on the box is deceptive). I like that the assembly process and the completed set act as two different ways to interact. My daughters were both so proud of their accomplishment! I'm impressed with the quality of each piece, the colors are adorable, and the fact that the items really "work" (when so many toys don't!) - like the wheels, attaching the saddles, sitting in the van, etc. Love it!

            Amazing set. This was The Big Christmas Gift for our girls -- 7 and 11 -- this year and they both loved it. They spent hours putting it together and didn't need any help from Mom and/or Dad, as the included instructions are extremely easy to follow.

            As mentioned by another reviewer, of the 1100+ pieces, none were missing. In fact, we had about 15 or so extra pieces. None of the bricks were broken or damaged either.

            Since putting this set together, the girls have used their saved allowance to buy other Lego Friends sets (City Park Cafe, Mia's Bedroom, and Olivia's Tree House). We've had the same great experience with each of them: no missing pieces, a few extra pieces, no damaged pieces, and easy instructions.

                      I've never purchased a Lego product before. I am VERY satisfied with this purchase. I just finished putting the whole set together and it took maybe 3-5 hours but I spread it over multiple nights while the kids were sleeping. "Santa" is putting this set together since my daughter is not quite 5. I also purchased the stable & trailer sets which I will keep for her and my husband to do together.
                      Out of 1120 pieces, ZERO were missing. One was defective as a small part of it that should have been filed off remained. There is another piece I can borrow from part of the set to use on this missing part. Applying for the missing part was very easy on the Lego website and free of charge. Of course, I can't say if the piece will be in by Christmas but I can always adjust the set by taking the extra tire off the back of the bus and using that black piece to attach the wheel to the horse cart (the missing piece).
                      Although time consuming, the set was VERY easy to put together using the manuals which are all pictures.
                      The actual lego bricks are smaller than I thought they would be. The dolls themselves are only approx 2-3 in tall. There is no problem whatsoever with quality-- I just had personally expected the set to be more like Playmobile sized which it is not-- more like Polly Pocket sized.
                      I am SOOO excited to give this to my daughter and VERY happy that this looks like so much fun!!
