We ordered a pink and blue bed for our twins. The blue bed was black. Called customer service to return. After being hung up on 4 times, we finally got the return lables emailed to us and took the bed to UPS. Our next bed arrived today -- another black bed. It will be returned soon. And to add to the insult, they shipped another bed that will more than likely be black as well. When my wife spoke with the CSR (Alice) she was told that perhaps she should pick another color since we didn't know what we were ordering. Very poor support from them.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
