Every night I use this to keep an eye on my infant sleeping in her bedroom. Worked great for 7 months and then one evening as I turned it on it was a black screen. I could still here her but couldn't see her in the dark. I purchased it off my registry. I liked all the things it could do. Then it broke.

A video monitor is a life-changer with a baby. This one is a good one. The first one I ordered didn't work properly, but I exchanged it without any hassle at all, and the new one seems fine. I know someone else who has this same monitor but with 2 cameras, and she loves it.

I have had no problems with this product since we installed it over two years ago. I have had no connection problems and I enjoy that I can take it outside and still get a great reception. Take into account that we live in a smaller size house so there isint very much distance anywhere I go. Its been working non stop for my two year old and has taken a beating. Dropped etc.. It does run out of battery quicker then I would like so I bought an extra charger for upstairs and downstairs.

i had done alot of research on finding the right monitor. once i found this one i knew i had to have it. im still pregnant but i wanted to test it out first. i havent tried it over night yet (on my older child), but the picture quality is perfect and the pan, tilt and zoom feature works amazing and is very quiet so it wont wake baby!! its a keeper so far!! i only rated 4 stars bc i havent tested over night yet!!

I got this monitor because we have twins and I liked that I could get one camera, not two. I placed the camera in the middle of the two cribs and was able to rotate the camera back and forth, LOVED that. The sound is super sensitive and you can hear everything, it has great image quality and really great night vision. BUT, I hate the white noise. It's so loud and I get that it needs to pick up the noise of the babies, but seriously it's horrible and sleep is way too precious! I've lasted 11 months dealing with the white noise but I'm seriously so sick of it and absolutely would never ever recommend this monitor for that one reason. Everything else is perfect. Can run on batteries, has a far range, long cords if you plug it in, it's just the white noise that ruins the product.

This is by far the number one product we bought for our daughter when she was born, who is now 26 months. I can't imagine not having it even now. We have a two-story home and the video quality is excellent, as is the audio. I love that I can move the camera to accomodate when she's moving around the crib, and the talk feature is wonderful! I've been able to get my daughter back to sleep just by talking to her through the monitor. I have recommended this product to anyone who will listen. It is well worth the price and more!

I don't know how I did without this monitor with my other kids. I had audio monitors with them, but if it was silent... couldn't tell if it was because the baby was quiet or because the monitor wasn't working. With a video monitor, you can look and see that the monitor is working.

The picture quality is clear enough to see even if it is mounted near the ceiling (like mine). You only see color if it is light in the room, but the black-and-white is fine. I never had any trouble with reception, even when I go outside. The battery lasts a long time. The charging cradle is so convenient, just pop it in and out. I keep one cradle in the kitchen and one by my bed.

Love this product; I'm buying an extra today for travel.

Love this product, all her restless nights I was still able to keep a set of eyes on her...and spend time with hubby without getting up when she would grunt and fuse to get comfortable...only con is the battery life is not great.

I only used this product for three months before it stopped working. When it was working it was great, great range, sound and ok picture. But after just three months it stopped working for no reason. Then I had it replaced with the one year warrenty with the company (i had to cover the expense to ship it) and they replaced. The second one only worked for 1 1/2 months and quit working as well. The company said they would send me another under warrenty. Since my one year warrenty is almost up (they don't give you a new warrenty with the replacements) I will be contacting babies r us to see what they can do. I would NOT suggest this product.
