The battery power on this vehicle is really bad!!! It doesn't last very long at all. It hardly moves while on grass and it has almost NO traction when driving on pavement. So, when does it work properly would be my question???
When my husband called Fisher Price to see if they could replace the battery they told him it only has a 6 month warranty and that the warranty was up & there was nothing they could do. So, basically you pay almost $500 for something, but you don't get a $500 product. I thought the warranty was supposed to be a year??? I am very unhappy with this product and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

Worked great for first three months. Until the warranty was up. Now it does not work and toys r us will not take it back. Do not buy this

had to haul toy 55 miles one way to closest repair center, many times, the last time before the one year full warranty was up the company would not fix the many problems with it and said they were going to void the warranty because of too many problems

My kids absolutly love this jeep. We have had many power wheels over the years and this is the most fun. they don't have any issue's going in the woods/grass/snow. they have a blast. So far it has held up pretty decent and takes a alot of abuse. Only problem so far is we had some gears in the motor go out. this is a typical problem and expect it to happen sooner or later. I had a problem with the 2 year old driving and then he learned to throw in into reverse, without stopping. this is a good way to break the gears. or trying to climb hills and not letting off the grass. We had rubber traction put on the plastic tires to help, and i think they provided too much traction and also asisted in wearing out the gears.

We purchased this for our 2.5 and 3.5 year old kids and gave it to them this past Christmas. Assembly - If you own a phillips head screw driver and can read, then you can put this together. It takes about an hour to assemble and then you have to put on the stickers. The only tricky part of the assembly is putting the trunk/rear portion of the Jeep on the frame (several parts have to fit together just right), other than that it was easy. You have to flip the Jeep over to put part of it together. The Jeep is as long as my riding mower and is very sturdy. I recall reading some reviews about being disappointed that it comes with plastic tires. My impression is that the tires are just fine as long as you are not consisently driving on concrete. Our kids thoroughly enjoy the Jeep and especially riding it through mud/water pits in the backyard, after a rain. It handles the terrain great. My neighbor got his kid the John Deere Gater - it does not handle the terrain as well, because the tires have less traction. Also, the John Deere Gator has less leg room and no radio. With that said, the radio on the Jeep is nothing special, but the kids enjoy it. Overall, I'm impressed and would recommend this toy. My only disappointment at this time is that I can't fit in the seat; although I did lay across it and push the peddle to see if it could handle the weight (165 lbs.) - it did!

The jeep was given as a christmas present to my son, 5 and daughter 2. They can both enjoy the jeep was the main purpose and it is large and sturdy enough to feel comfortable with them in it. Everything is good with it, expect the radio doesn't work well and the doors do not open.

Jeep is quite large. Took me about 3 hours to put together by myself. Bought for my 2 year old and he barely reaches peddles but he doesn't think it's a problem. Jeep doesn't drive on grass or dirt any better then any other power wheels. We just got it so need to still give the durability test.

No radio, no lights and no interactive dash board. Oh, and no battery level indicator. Fisher Price continues to fool the customers and now they just lost one.
This is just a bigger version of a battery powered car.
Gave 2 stars as my kids don't care much about the features missing, but don't take your customers for granted.

Just like the other customer's review, I am very disappointed that Fisher-Price would advertise interactive dash and a "working" radio then switch it out with some junk. The display on the radio is a sticker, you can't even tell when the radio is on unless you somehow manage to find a station. The interactive dash is stickers.

The older first model of this vehicle (blue one) had all these features, but in an attempt to cut costs they were removed from the newer models and replaced with stickers. Fisher-Price continues to advertise all of these features and even has them in the manual, but they are no longer offered. When I called them to inquire about it, I was basically told by their customer service that oh well I still purchased one of their top products and I still should be satisfied by it.

Disappointed in Toys R Us as well. Local store didn't have the item in stock so I attempted the ship to store. Web page wouldn't let me for some reason and customer service couldn't figure out why. Decide to purchase online and pick up in store in another town 2 hrs away. I called that Toys R Us store to confirm they had it in stock and they did so I went through with the purchase. Then received an email the next day saying purchase was cancelled due to being out of the product. Called store while on hold with customer service for over an hour and they told me they had plenty. Very frustrating experience with the experience.

We bought the RED Jeep Hurricane. We were excited because of the adjustable seats and the interactive dashboard......We put it together and guess what?? No interactive dash and the seats ARE NOT ADJUSTABLE. There is only 1 cup holder but that really doesn't matter......It is a cute vehicle and it does go but we paid extra for those extra little things and to find out it is false advertisement sure did upset us........we could have bought the escalade for waay less and it does the exact same thing....
