    I went to a toys r us and found a hello kitty bike that I liked for my fiance for xmas. It was a little beat up so I asked if they could ship a new one to the store and let me prepay and them just call me and let me pick it up. They refused that but (reluctantly, it was christmas but they didnt have to act so put out that they have to work)offered to have it shipped to my house as a last option other than take the beat up floor model. She was there to recieve it of course with big pictures on the box so no surprise this xmas other than the bike being beat up worse than the floor model AND the wrong bike! It was ok though because she ended up liking the style better. However it did come beat up, missing some minor nuts and spacers that I had on hand and was the wrong bike. Too much hastle trying to bring it back after assembled and having to assemble another and take a chance on how beat up the next one is. Overall from walk-in till box being opened was one bad experience after another.
