      The purpose of this product is to color your barbies hair with cute designs & patterns. (stars, leopard print etc) None of the designs show up on the hair, the color just runs so it's a big color blob so I would give it 0 stars however my 5 year old had a blast just coloring the barbies hair even when it didn't show up as stars or leopard print so since she had a blast with it then i'll give it 3 stars. (that's all that really matters!!)

        Do not buy this toy. Very expensive for little fun. My daughter played with this doll about 3 times and the hair spray color ran out. You cannot buy refill bottles therefore making the whole set useless after just a couples of play dates. Very disappointed in Mattel!!!

              Bought this for my daughter. You will not get the styles that are shown on the box, but she still enjoyed coloring her hair in the chair. Biggest problem was once the paint was gone, you cannot order more.

                  Bought this for my daughter for christmas....This product does not work like it shows on Tv. When we tried to use it not only is it very messy but it doesnt work on the dolls hair its just a blob of dye. An when you try to wash it off not all of the dye comes out. This item I will be returning to the store an if that doesnt work I will try through the company. A huge waste of money dont buy for your little girl.

                      If I could give this toy less than one star I would. I feel so bad for my daughter that she spent her birthday money on this piece of junk! Like others have said, the spray is so watery that it runs everywhere and sprays everywhere and I have yet to see any patterns show in the doll's hair. COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISING and Mattel should be ashamed of themselves for misleading little kids! DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!!!

                              Unless you ENJOY cleaning up a terrible mess every time your child plays with this, do not buy it. The color sprays everywhere, and unless you wash it off right away, it will stain. A big drip dried on our kitchen table, and left a pink stain that will not come out. Also, the color runs, so it doesn't make patterns in the hair, even with the stencils, and it takes forever to dry. The pink didn't completely rinse out of the hair, so now it's permanently stained with a pink tinge, and the sprays ran out entirely after only one day. The little barrettes and clips don't even work! I bought this as a gift for my 6-year-old daughter, who loves to style Barbie hair, and it's a very disappointing and overpriced toy. NOT recommended.

                                    I bought this for my granddaughter--9 years old. The spray goes everywhere.. We had to put an old sheet on the floor to catch the overspray. It took at least an hour to dry before she could play with it again. Overall, very disappointing and overpriced.
