My daughter (4) begged for this for Christmas. Ordered online and it arrived broken. Took it straight to the store and replaced quickly. Opened on Christmas morning and now 2 days later it sits on a shelf. Has only a few jokes, demands must be said exactly or it won't respond. Not much fun.

I ordered two of these online for grandchildren. One arrived just fine. The other arrived with the antennae broken and no sound. I took it back to the store to exchange which they couldn't do because they don't allow store exchanges for online purchases, EVEN IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, which is very poor customer service. Since the online price is half what it was in the store, I did not get another one.

I came back home to order another one and, of course, they're out of stock. The only option it gave me was to receive an email when it was back in stock again. Why not have an option to place a back order? I'm leaving on a two week cruise and imagine the email will arrive while I'm gone. VERY inconvenient online process.

Grandmothers are never quite sure what their little ones want for presents. The Fijit was just a perfect pick. It interacts with my granddaughter, talks and lights up in a way that just delights her. Me too. I want them to adapt a model for senior citizens so I can have a Fijit friend. The grandparents had as much fun as the kids playing with this toy at the party.
