For collectors this is a great figure because there has not been a Shockwave figure made in a long time. The figure itself has most of the characteristics of the original toy, but it has been updated look even more menacing and have a more realistic alt mode. Whether you play the video game this figure comes from or just want a good Shockwave figure, this is it.

For kids, or those who just want a cool toy to play with, this is a fun transformers toy. It has a cool looking alt mode and the robot is well articulated. The gun it comes with is an integral part of the alt mode, but can be used in several ways with the robot, or not at all. Like most recent Transformers, the joints pop out instead of braking. This is great for when younger children are playing with this toy, as you can just pop the appendage back on, no harm done. The main fins/wings could be broken though, so try not to step on Shockwave too much.

My only criticism of this toy is that (especially for collectors) it should be bigger. Shockwave is taller than both Megatron and Optimus Prime. Also, if it were bigger, it could have lights and sounds like the original toy. But as a deluxe size figure, Shockwave both looks great and is a fun toy.

The Fall of Cybertion Shockwave.Great figure.If you are a TF fan this is the one figure to get.I would recomment it to everyone.The only con is the size but overall he is wiorth picking up.
