These do exactly what they should - hold up baby's head if they fall asleep in their car seat or stroller. I would say that the baby should be a bit older though (3-4 months) because they're pretty bulky and most newborns don't have the space between their shoulders and chin to accommodate these. However, now at 4 months old these do the trick for our girl.

They are easily removable too so we move them from the carseat to the stroller regularly and with ease. On our car seat though, the shoulder straps of the seat rub against her neck while tightening because the bottom part of these flowers do not extend far enough back. Hope that makes sense. Overall would buy them again.

These are great. They allow my one year old to lay her head down on a pillow but there is nothing behind her neck so it doesn't push her head forward!!! They could be a little thicker but other than that they are wonderful.
