The product is OK except that twice it is advertised on your website description as being a rocking chair and therefore it cost $10.00 more then the stationary chair. IT IS NOT A ROCKING CHAIR AS DESCRIBED BUT I STILL HAD TO PAY THE EXTRA $10.00. Also it went on sale a few hours after I purchased it for $4.00 less then I paid. I emailed these complaints to your customer service and after 2 WEEKS they emailed me back stating that I could get a refund for the $4.00 difference as long as it was within 7 days of purchase. Not much help since it took them 2 weeks to reply. They never did address the rocking chair issue. I asked for a credit of $10.00 for the rocking chair issue and $4.00 for the sale price issue and guess what? NO ANSWER. Since I paid with a Discover Card I will again ask that you credit my Discover Card for the $14.00 but somehow I feel you will remain silent.
